Been here multiple times. On most occasions the initial order I get in the bag is not correct. To their fairness, they are helpful in trying to sort it out and we end up getting what we ordered.
Edit: Changed from 1-star because the last few times I’ve gone here the fries (and everything else) was great. I might have just gotten lucky or maybe they actually changed something.
Stop making fries in enormous batches and putting them in the containers preemptively! Even when it’s very busy the fries are lukewarm and limp.
