Me and my husband went for lunch on Thursday afternoon. Our server was great. The food was tasty and served appropriate temperature. The servings are big. For a smaller appetite, I suggest finding something you can share or want to take home. My flautas were still tasty after warming up for a leftover meal.

I love these guys, I work on a construction site right next to the restaurant, and I always stop in every morning for my breakfast burrito with hot green chilli and bacon. I have eaten here for close to a year now and I never get tired of it. Great service and delicious food.

Service was non existent a hostess or server didn’t make eye contact or say a word as she dropped the menus off and walked away. We came in and sat at the bar on”Margarita Monday” and waited for a substantial amount of time for the bartender to take our order. He wasn’t too enthused to be working in the service industry which being a former server myself didn’t make much sense to me. Overall I don’t understand how everyone else rates this place 4 plus stars at best I’d give it a 1.

I got a burrito to go.The good: Service was friendly. The order was ready very quickly - within 5 minutes. The restaurant looked clean and seemed to have character. Nice deck out front.The bad: Food was bland.Overall: Just okay. I’d probably go back, but I’d want to try the other Mexican restaurants around Berthoud first.
I don't know if I got unlucky or it's always this way, but this was some of the worst Mexican food I've ever gotten. I got a mixed plate and I know one was supposed to be a burrito, but I couldn't tell you which one it was. They were all just meat in a tortilla. That's it. Unfortunately, the meat itself wasn't that great. That's all I got to judge, so I couldn't tell you if it might be better with actual fillings, but I wouldn't risk ordering again.

I think it had been sitting for a bit. Also ordered chicken nugget meal for my son, they were so over cooked/burnt we had to throw them out. They were hard as a rock.
