Ordered some cheese sticks at 5:40pm for delivery. They didn’t arrive until 7pm. They were cold, and my ranch was already opened. I’m done with ordering with this place as this is not the first time this has happened.

They don't sell square pan pizzas here if you prefer square pan go to a different pizza hut. It is so crazy to think about franchisee can just change things like that

Placed an order at 6:10 for delivery that was supposed to be delivered at 6:40. Got a message that a DoorDash driver could not find out place at first, finally showed up gave us someone else’s order, called store they said they would send another order out. Same problem this time we never received our order had to actually drive to location and get our food at 8pm. Will be reaching out to DoorDash as well. Would like a call from store manager!!!! Not at all happy should not take 2 hours to get food.

Stay away from this business! I ordered a custom pizza. With about 6 or 7 toppings.
Mushrooms, bacon, pineapple, onions, chicken, ex cheese.
There was ONE piece of onion that I could see. And I could. Ot even find any bacon.
I called the store. The person I spoke with said that they themselves made thr pizza. And they were sure they added onions and bacon. However! They said "the more toppings a person orders, they take away or put less of others, such as a Supreme, they would take away some of the green peppers to add others. If I wanted (extra) I should order extra".
Ordering extra is fine. However, every time I clicked a new toppings it increased the price of the pizza. My pizza alone was over 30 dollars. WHY? Would you "decrease" any toppings when the customer is paying for them?
This is why I hate places like this, and stick to places like Rodizio. I could have spent LESS money for all you can eat steak and be appreciated.
AVOID! if you care about your wallet AND being treated as a valued customer.
TLDR - Employee on phone admitted, the more toppings you order on a custom pizza, the less toppings they give you, unless you pay even more for "extra"

Expensive for a basic pie that wasn't very good. If I want to pay more I'll get better quality from Berthoud Pizza Company, if I want a cheap pie of better quality I'll go to Dominos.
They couldn't change my delivery address while it was in the oven because they don't use their own drivers. Had to cancel the entire order. Absolutely ridiculous.
Everyone that works at the Berthoud location is GREAT. Always friendly and personable. Thanks for the great service and yummy pizzas!

I usually have been satisfied but this order was not satisfactory the pasta dishes were both cold seemed liked the had been warmed up a couple of times the bread sticks were over cooked

Do NOT sleep on dining in at the Berthoud Pizza Hut location. They have done such a nice job of making this a fun and enjoyable experience for customers. From date night to family game night out, they cover all the bases! Good food, good environment, good price. It cannot be beat.
