This bakery has the most delicious food. You can't go wrong with anything you get. My daughter devoured the loaf of bread and then asked for more!

It’s a cute bakery. The service is fantastic. The food is a little pricey and not all that great. The beverages are wonderful.

Unbelievable bakery run by a couple. Delicious pastries, pies, croissants, etc. It reminds me of European bakeries.

We love a Saturday morning walk to Rise. Great coffee made by lovely staff and delicious breakfast buns made by talented bakers. Enjoyed on the cutest little patio in the beautiful Colorado sun! Gus gives it 10/10 stars!

I've been waiting to give this great place a review because while their food is absolutely fantastic and I come here often, they often forget my extra pickle. But at this point I suspect they know something I don't. Regardless, I love their food and pastries, I recommend them to all my friends and I love the atmosphere and the staff is always kind and helpful.

Solid spot. Owners take great pride in serving the community. Great bread, good coffee, and the kind of quiet atmosphere that makes you want to stick around a bit longer than you planned. Everything I’ve had here has been fresh and made with care — nothing feels rushed or half-done.

The service? Let’s just say it impressed me enough that I married one of the employees. Not saying that’ll happen to you, but hey — it’s clearly possible.

If you’re into quality ingredients, a calm setting, and people who actually care about how they're serving others, this place is worth a stop. I recommend everything, especially the sourdough.

This local gem is absolutely worth the wait. Yes, the lines can be long, but that’s only because everyone knows how good it is. The rolls are fresh, fluffy, and full of flavor—comforting in the best way. Great experience here today. I needed several customized gift boxes of pastries, and an assortment of other treats and sandwiches and the staff was kind and welcoming with my last minute requests. Food was amazing, great quality for the price. Highly recommend.

Really great sandwich shop. Really understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful with food allergies and food sensitivities (dairy and gluten). Very kind staff and inviting atmosphere. Delicious sandwiches!

Dietary restrictions: All staff was knowledgeable about ingredients and when I called on the phone someone was kind enough to read labels for me. I had a great lunch even with dairy and gluten sensitivities. I forgot to mention my allergy and instead said to leave off cheese and pesto, received my sandwich and realized it was toasted with butter on it. The amazing staff helped me navigate my options and remade my meal for me, going above and beyond (even though it was totally my mistake!) It’s very rare and special to find a place who is so helpful and understanding of dietary restrictions.

What a lovely little bakery in downtown Berthoud. The menu choice was incredible. It was wide and varied with special breads. We had a family brunch and the quality of the food was superb. This is my new go to cafe in Berthoud. The staff were so so friendly too and this made a big difference to our experience. Keep up the great work folks. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cider donuts were amazing. Breakfast sandwiches and coffee were awesome as well.

Being from New England, it’s hard to find a good cider donut in Colorado and RISE has some of the best around!
