Consistently rude and snippy staff. Which is unfortunate because the location is very convenient and they see a lot of traffic. Drinks are hit or miss on accuracy depending on who you get. Disappointing because like I said, it’s convenient for the area. But I’d say, if you don’t like being friendly to customers you shouldn’t be in a customer service position.

They have the most amazing team over there!! They are always finding new ways to go out of their way for me, and they are always super friendly! I work next door and I didn’t have time to pick up mobile order before work, they remade and brought me my coffee after I had already forgotten it! Love the people that work there, they seem to have such a positive environment! I’m honestly blown away by the amazing customer service. Go you guys!

The next time I get told by Mike that my drink is a basically diabetes I’m going to lose my mind. I’ve now been told twice by this man that the one coffee a week I allow myself to get on the way to therapy (for my anorexia!) is so sugary and he could never drink it. Then don’t drink it Mike! I’ve been avoiding this location strictly because of him
