The service was alright. My drink on the other hand was half full, like someone poured half of it out which I don’t think is the right thing? I don’t think people should be handing out half full drinks if I payed for a full one.

The most efficient, happy, and well-run Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They know every regular’s name, treat sit-in guests well with water and bringing coffees to you, and say hello/goodbye to everyone. The drinks taste great too. The employees wear cute name tags and can be heard hyping each other up during the morning rush hour!

Whoever was making drinks today, July 29th, at 9:45am, 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 bravo. I get the same 4 drinks everytime with my 2 pup cups every Tuesday and Wednesday. The past few times my drinks haven’t been perfect (2% instead of half and half, or lemonade refresher instead of regular refresher. Not such a bad mess up that I wouldn’t drink it or that I would complain. Was just a tad disappointed) but TODAY? BEAUTUFUL. PERFECT. AMAZING. The person making the drinks deserves a raise. Good job on reading your tickets and making the drinks themselves look picture perfect.🎉 Nearly identical to the pictures of the drinks on the app. Really phenomenal job today yall. Especially because today it was busy when I went. 5-6 cars in front of me and the line went QUICK. Perfect drinks, fast service, this is the starbies to come to. ❤️❤️❤️

My family and I are regulars at the Starbucks location in Berthoud. We go about 2-3 times a week. One of the baristas, Elijah, constantly gets our drinks wrong or messes them up. He has forgotten the coffee in our lattes and forgotten specific add ins to our drinks. He is very kind and friendly but has gotten our drinks wrong on multiple occasions. Otherwise we love this Starbucks and will continue to go there!!
We are in the area visiting our son and his family. This is my wife, and I love going here with our grandkids.

Apparently you are now trespassing at Starbucks if you don't order anything the second you walk in. Had clients signing paperwork at this public house and were told that we would order once we were done with the paperwork and they kicked us out for trespassing. Never going back here again. Starbucks is a joke. The manager said take your paperwork to Taco Bell.

It’s an average Starbucks everything is exactly what you’d expect. The line moves sooo slow. Classic burned bean taste, but I’ll admit their baristas have good customer service. I’d rather go to Joyful Brews down the road though where I know I’m getting quality and actually benefitting local Berthoud people.
