Employees were high and taking their time doing anything and everything. There was one person in the front and it took us 10 minutes to get our food being the first and only ones in line, 2 foot longs took 10 minutes. The other 2 employees were running around with squirt guns. This is the most embarrassing place I have seen.

1:05 PM went in there for lunch to get me a sandwich and some cheesecake raspberry cookies and he’s gonna tell me that the night shift failed them so they don’t have any cookies made. I say the whole night shift needs to be replaced if they can’t do their jobs. That messes up the whole lunch rush when stuff ain’t there and ready. 6-4-2024

If you just need something fast, arguably the best option in Berthoud. The guy who made our sandwiches was quite the character. I do really like the newish sandwiches with more meat - a 6-inch is about right. I've had several different varieties and they've all been good.
