Absolutely phenomenal service and food. I went went a little late than I normally do but I'm super glad I did. I go to Taco Bell quite often. And let me say my food tonight was amazing. I ordered on the app around 10:00 p.m. And I got a taco, some nacho fries, nachos and chips and dip. My taco was amazing. I got the cantina taco and I love these tacos but today it was just so much more better than I have ever had. My nacho fries were perfectly coated to where they weren't soggy, but they had enough sauce. My taco had enough cheese to where the taco didn't go soggy but was nice and cheesy and was actually cheese crusted like it's supposed to be. I am absolutely blown away at how good my food is cuz normally I crave Taco Bell but I hate myself afterwards for getting it because it is gross and it makes me feel gross but at this location I had an amazing experience and I am completely full with no regret! Please tell the employees that work tonight. I am very appreciative and thankful for their service 🙏

Absolutely horrible service. While handing me my box without a bag spilled my sauce all over the place and food went everywhere after a long day of work this is the last thing I wanted to deal with and then as I pulled away the kitchen staff just all laughed. Horrible. Do not recommend. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Quality is just gone nowadays, you don’t expect the best from fast food but mediocre would be nice. Hope they just start firing people who can’t even do a job as simple as working at Taco Bell. It’s more than just disappointing, it’s disgraceful. I’m sure I’d just get offered some free food for my inconvenience, but I’d just want a refund and the employees held accountable, and suffer the consequences. If anyone in the area ends up wanting garbage fast food like Taco Bell for convenience, go to the one on North Lincoln. Service is way better.

I placed an online order and went through the Eddie's pickup line. I waited 15 minutes in the line to be told to pull around to the front and wait. I waited 10 minutes in front and then went inside. After 5 minutes. Someone in front told me that my food would be ready soon. I waited 5 minutes and finally got my food. They forgot two the items in my order and screwed up three of the other items in the order. Avoid this place.

FILTHY bathrooms, that look like they haven't been cleaned in a while. DISGUSTING! I was not impressed with the food preparation either. This location needs a lot of work to get to.an acceptable level
I recommend not going to this Taco Bell if you're hungry. They're tacos and bean burritos are CONSISTENTLY half the size of the Loveland and Longmont locations. If you're hungry, drive the extra miles.
