We have tried this location numerous times since it opened and every time the orders are messed up or food is wrong product. Never again. No-one ever responds to our complaints sent to local or corporate levels. Lux boxes did not have advertised items this last time. Do not go here.

Never get my order right. On Supreme burritos and tacos they put very little sour cream. More expensive than ever and less toppings than ever

Ordered a cheese quesadilla and got chicken with no sauce and the cheese isn't even melted at all….? My bfs food is also not made right idk who u have working in there on may 11th at 12:00pm but idk how you mess up a quesadilla that bad I’ve genuinely never had a bad quesadilla until tonight it’s fr tasted weird as hell too.

Ordered two each of the cantina chicken quesadilla cantina chicken burrito and cheesy rolls ups, 20 minutes after putting it in another guy comes in from the drive through saying he's got a wrong order, I suspect it's mine ask him what was in it, was everything I ordered and the kid working the front counter just throws everything away and all I get for compensation is a coupon for ONE free burrito. Not that taco bell has ever had the best service but this one's definitely got the worst I've experienced thus far

This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell’s in the area. The staff doesn’t give two craps about you, they’re never open When you want them to be. The foods put together in a terrible way where you open up the rapper and it just dumps everything on you.
It’s almost like they want taco man the nearby taco place to completely destroy their business. I live nearby and I often come by to try to get something and it’s the worst experience ever every single time

I ordered the 3 soft shell combo meal and was very surprised how small the tacos were compared to Taco John's. Disappointed.

As always, Taco Bell exceeded my expectations! 2 bean burritos with beef and extra onions, pintos & cheese and a medium Mt Dew. ALL that anyone could ask for!
Legit nobody cares to even speak to you I had to say something in order for them to listen. I waited for 5mins for my online order that I could visibly see while they constantly made eye contact and didn't ask a single question. Also put no sauces in the bag.

Honestly, it was the best Gordita crunch I have ever had. It took a long time, but I immediately felt belt bad for being frustrated. I will go to that taco bell every time.

Just fire everybody. If you don't want to make food past 11 pm, close your store. The biggest of FU's cause your food is garbage. Admit defeat and close.

Absolutely offensive. Is there competent leadership here? Is there a regional manager that knows about how decrepit this restaurant is?I have no idea how this place is passing their health inspections. Nobody inside of this place is taking pride in their work. It is filthy, the service is terrible, and people do not take pride even in their personal appearance. The cashiers look like they have a hygiene problem and not only was my order wrong but the food we were given, looked old and like it had been sitting out all day long. I normally would never do this, but it has been a pattern since it opened. I will not be surprised if this specific store gets shut down as it should. Even the countertop at the front was covered in dry food. It’s not getting cleaned. Somebody needs to come to the store and really turn things around and fast.
