I’m a Taco Bell regular and today the food was absolutely delicious. Probably the best I’ve ever had! Shout out to the team and a special shout out to Griselda. I will definitely be back to this location

Ordered online. Went inside restaurant to pick up order. About 6 people making food, one person operating drive through. Workers looked at me nobody came to counter to help me. After about 5 minutes of awkward eye contact, I finally pointed to my order, one of the people came handed me my food. No other customers in restaurant. Really weird. If you go to this taco Bell stay in the drive through. Again, really weird.

STAY FAR AWAY.
This place is little falling apart, and you can't even enter the lobby due to the never-ending maintenance.
The drive thru takes an exorbitant amount of time to get thru and ultimately just completely defeats the purpose of a fast food restaurant.
1. It takes more time in the drive through than placing and receiving an order at a restaurant with a waiter.
2. The food is just ridiculously overpriced for the quality and amount.
3. The place is falling apart,and God know what health code violations are in the place, since you can't even go inside.

Don't waste your time- go to Taco man just a few buildings down-Staff unprofessional. Never took our order. Never greeted us. Places a mess, the inside looked liked it has not been clean in days. Can’t tell you how the food was because staff never took our order while we waited to order.

Usually when I try to eat here it's unexpectedly closed. Today it was open, but it took a full five minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the drive through. I was getting ready to drive off. I should have. Food was awful. My Crunchwrap was stale (like, it wasn't crispy or crunchy, just HARD) and had almost nothing inside it. Like, probably a tablespoon of meat. But hey, they gave me 20 packets of mild sauce I didn't need, so that evens it out, right?

We have tried this location numerous times since it opened and every time the orders are messed up or food is wrong product. Never again. No-one ever responds to our complaints sent to local or corporate levels. Lux boxes did not have advertised items this last time. Do not go here.
Couldn't get into the store to pick up an order. Both doors were locked. Went through drive though and was told to come inside.

Ordered a cheese quesadilla and got chicken with no sauce and the cheese isn't even melted at all….? My bfs food is also not made right idk who u have working in there on may 11th at 12:00pm but idk how you mess up a quesadilla that bad I’ve genuinely never had a bad quesadilla until tonight it’s fr tasted weird as hell too.

Ordered two each of the cantina chicken quesadilla cantina chicken burrito and cheesy rolls ups, 20 minutes after putting it in another guy comes in from the drive through saying he's got a wrong order, I suspect it's mine ask him what was in it, was everything I ordered and the kid working the front counter just throws everything away and all I get for compensation is a coupon for ONE free burrito. Not that taco bell has ever had the best service but this one's definitely got the worst I've experienced thus far
