Went to go pick up an order that I could see was ready to go behind the counter. Stared at this fella for a while before finally saying, "excuse me," with no response. A girl from outside came in, handed me my order, and went back outside while remaining on her cell phone. Terrible service, do better taco bell.

Nothing beats a newly built restaurant, and it is nice having fast food in Berthoud! Drive up is a little slow at this location, but I get it, new employees, in training, bla bla. Use the app to switch out ground beef with chicken or steak. You'll be happy you did!
I’ve been to this location four or five times since they opened. I will say the food is exactly what you would expect from a Taco Bell, I’m not saying that it’s a good or a bad thing. It’s always warm, and it’s always fast. My only issue is no matter how many times I come, they simply can’t get my order right. If I order a beef burrito, I get a chicken burrito. I’ve once gotten someone else’s order, I’m assuming either in front of or behind me in line. I’ve gotten my order and paid the normal price for it, but received double the amount of what I’ve ordered. It’s not the end of the world, at the end of the day I’m paying very little for fast food, and the service has been fine. I just wish I wasn’t always rolling a dice every time I went.

I was at your guys's drive-thru last night at probably 830ish and there was a young blonde gentleman that helped me at the drive-thru absolutely amazing customer service I've gone to this taco bell every night almost after work and he has been by far the friendliest and most professional associate I've dealt with. So thank you for that and keep up that awesome attitude!!!
I got one of the better Tbell meals I’ve had from here. Plus the dude in drive through was really nice. Don’t listen to the Karens.

Every time I go to this store, the employees mess up my order. Last time, they forgot almost half our order, I came home, had to drive all the way back. The manager accused us of lying just to get free food. Even the employee had to apologize for the managers behavior. How sad.
