I suggest you ask for extra meat if u stop here. Just paid $20 for lettuce chips. Staff was nice tho.

Every time I've come the customer service is very real and very great they always bring a smile to my face. Rhiannon was amazing tonight and can't thank her enough for her help! đ«¶ the food always hits the spot. Thank yall for your hardworking and kindness

Place was clean, staff was a bit annoying. The kid at the register asked me if I wanted any recommendations. I told him no, and he's still just starts babbling on and on and on.
Tacos are decent enough, not as good as Taco Bell but not so bad I'd never have them again! Oh and if you do decide to come here, tell them I'm still chewing on the chicken from that fried chicken Grande griller!

Normally this location has very friendly workers but that was definitely not the case tonight. We went tonight around 11 there was one car leaving the window and just us waiting to order. We sat there for 5 minutes at least and once I was getting ready to leave after trying to get service. A lady finally started talking and very rudely she said that she was the only worker and we needed to be more patient. I told her she didnât need to be so rude and next time just saying something nice to let us know she will be with us in a second would be just fine instead of ignoring us and then being rude.Once again we waited several minutes before she even tried to take our order and at this point we have been the only car at this location for over 10 minutes. Once she finally started taking our order she was still very rude. We pull up to the window and still waited another 20 minutes at least to get our food. Once we did she didnât say one word to us when taking payment or handing out the food and drinks. She did proceed to give me and the passenger in my car very dirty looks and stared us down the entire time. Thinking this absolutely horrible experience was over we didnât get some of our food. So once again we proceeded to wait for her to come talk to us. While we were waiting for our food at least 3 cars that we counted waited to order and then drove away.(Which I can only assume the reason why is because she was ignoring them or was rude when she did finally responded to them.) At this point while we wait to tell her we are missing items. She does actually start taking another cars order. I was patient because I knew she was helping the other car but after the car pulled behind us she proceeded to continuously look at us and then walk away from the window. She finally came to the window still looking at us but ignoring us and then acted surprised when I wasnât the next car in line when she tried to hand me their food. I told her what we were missing. She then leaned forward out the drive thru window started at me for a minute and told me âno she put them in the bagâ. When I asked her what bag because we checked she got even more attitude and was accusing me of lying. After getting all of our food and finally leaving this horrible employee and location tonight this whole process took around 40 minutes!!! While waiting in between getting the first of our food and waiting for our missed items we also saw another employee in the restaurant. This is ridiculous itâs fast food. 40 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to take at a drive thru. I understand completely being the only worker but it doesnât mean you can be rude especially if there is only one car you are supposed to be helping and your inside dining is closed. I tried to be patient and not rude but I definitely should have stood up for myself more with the way she was treating us. The customers donât make the schedules so itâs not fair to take whatever frustrations that you have towards work out on your customers. We also donât have many options for fast food late at night by my town but with all of this it would have been more worth it to drive another 10-15 minutes to another fast food restaurant. This was very disappointing and frustrating especially when I have been to this location so many times before and every other employee has been so nice. She was an older lady with blonde-ish hair pulled back in a low ponytail. She didnât have a name tag on so I donât know her name.

They claim to be open 24 hours. But what they don't tell you is that it is not 24 hours in a row. Stopped by at midnight and they had a sign in the windows saying they are closed until 2:00 a.m.
