The coffee is good and the service is good. Staff is polite and friendly . The food is okay. Often it is not cooked all the way. I have to ask for it to be cooked longer because I have had my food frozen or cold in the middle half the time. Since management has changed in the last couple of years , the management staff is often rude and snippy. When I brought up the issue about the food more than once , the Manager seemed annoyed and bothered I mentioned it. I did go to this location...
The super nice ladies taking orders really took time to visit & make you feel like someone important, but just another order! I was here two or three days and each time the staff was AMAZING!!!!
OK so Ziggi’s has gotten kind of crazy expensive as of late but I just went and I had a six dollar off coupon and I’ll tell you what that girl behind the counter absolutely made my day what an absolute sweetheart she deserves every good vibe to come her way if Ziggis keeps her there I will probably show up multiple times a week like I used to! Berthoud location is where it’s at, my goodness, how smart keeping her behind the counter interacting with customers. Well played...
