Amazing restaurant, with a menu designed by a true chef. Every dish had layers of flavors put together perfectly. The ambience of the restaurant was very welcoming, with friendly hostess and staff. We had Madison as our server, who took great care of us. If you’re looking for a date night restaurant, or just a nice night out, this is your place.

Great upscale restaurant with the coolest vibe. I’m vegan and there were many options for me (polenta appetizer was excellent!) The wine selection is also awesome.
It’s nice to be in a ski resort restaurant that is privately owned and serves other things than pizza!
Service was top notch and Madison our server was friendly and helped me choose according to my needs.
Will need to come back because there were other things on the menu I’d like to try for sure.

We are locals from Frisco, CO, and we had family visiting from Florida, and we wanted a nice upscale dinner that wasn't quite the Rootstalk price point.. This place was incredible. The cocktails were delicious, the appetizers, entrees and dessert were ALL amazing. We got the Korean ribs to start - to DIE for.
We had the half chicken, surf and turf, and chefs choice pasta which had short ribs - mmmm so good. The miso chocolate cake for dessert and an espresso martini were the perfect combo. The staff was kind and efficient, and offered recs based on what we liked - no complaints at all! So glad we chose Aurum!

The meal started great. The apps were good but the main courses were not good, except for the steak. The pasta was cold and tasteless. The fish was ok but I could not eat anything else on the plate. The vegetarian dish was not edible.

We had dinner at the bar our first night in breckenridge. such a cute spot … tucked into an adorable house off the main street. our bartender Patrick, was a wealth of information of things to do in town and his face ski runs. He was the perfect welcome to town. The food and drinks were also terrific. The orange old fashioned was a standout.

The BEST happy hour in Breckenridge. We love sitting at the bar for happy hour. They have a great selection of food and drinks. Our favorites are the crispy curried cauliflower, the burger, and the Parker rolls. Highly recommend the cookie plate to end!

Happy Hour prices are very nice, drinks were delicious - I wasn’t a personal fan of the korean fried chicken but everyone in my party enjoyed their meal with many getting the Caesar salad with a steak. Must reserve ahead of time for peak hours to ensure a table

We had a reservation for happy hour. First round of food came before the drinks. We then ordered the French Onion burger to share with sea salt fries. The burger then took about 40 minutes with multiple checks ins that they’d check on our order. Burger finally showed and fries had zero seasoning. We tried to be accommodating and asked for some sea salt. Never got brought. Manager then came over and offered new batch of fries. We were done eating by then. Offered nothing else than an I’m sorry. Very poor customer service on the manager. Why would we want new fries when we were done eating?

We ordered two of the prime 12oz NY strips. They prepared a steak you would expect to get at a diner. Thin, fatty, gristle. Although we told them we did not want any compensation,…stuff happens… they comped us the two dinners. The trout entree was good. Disappointing experience for us. Seems the thing to do is the apps and skip the mains. Maybe the burger.
