We make our reservations for the Blue River Bistro every trip before we even set foot in Breckenridge. It never disappoints! Always excellent with a wide variety of options. You can't go wrong. My wife had the short rib, and I had the risotto with chicken. Phenomenal!

My husband made dinner reservations for my birthday. The restaurant was so busy due to winter break. Despite how busy they were we were very happy with our experience. The staff gave me a birthday card and birthday toast. We enjoyed our dinner and the excellent service.

Christmas Day and they were crazy busy at 2pm. And yet this was some of the best food we’ve enjoyed in a long time. Our server AJ made us feel like family. We enjoyed the steaks, scallops and kids pasta. I’m picky about my steaks and I was blown away by the flavor of the meat but also how everything came together in the perfect pairing. The experience and flavors for these prices was a steal of a deal. Cheers!
