We ha reservations for 4 and we're seated promptly. Service was excellent. Food was the star of the show. The restaurant was lively but the noise level was not even noticeable. Comfortable seating. We were never rushed. On the expensive side but well worth it.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted as a long time customer. We were early for our reservation, so the hostess offered us a seat at the bar. The bartenders were generous with their time and multi-tasked beautifully! Once we were seated Zachary also gave us his undivided attention. His descriptions and recommendations were perfect. We would be regulars if we didn't live a plane ride away!

I had a member of my party have a birthday. I notified the resturant beforehand. On arrival there was a birthday card signed by staff members. Also, when desert came, the birthday girl had a ice-cream surprise. As always, the food was very good and a meal that was modified as non dairy was prepared for my wife.

Outstanding dinner and drinks at Blue River Bistro. We started with the Elote corn appetizer. Followed that great dish with a Caesar salad. Then, the 3 of us ordered the Ahi Tuna special, shrimp and sausage penne pasta, and the risotto with grilled chicken as our main meal. Everything was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend!

The chicken tacos were the best I've ever eaten, even better than any meat street tacos. The sauce was light and creamy. My husband had their signature hamburger, which we always have at lunch when in Breckenridge. Our waiter even boxed up a chocolate cake dessert for us to take home for dessert than evening and marked it “secret dessert” so my husband would be surprised. He was!

Food was excellent. I had the salmon, which was delicious, and my husband had the beef wellington, which, while slightly undercooked, was amazing. Some of the best food I have had in Breck. Noise level was a little louder than I like, but not off-putting. It was full and several good size groups. Definitely recommend.
