It was fantastic experience. Food was awesome as usual and waiter Jason did a great job pacing the meal, so we did not feel rushed. We will definitely return, since it is one of our favorite places in Breckenridge
We make our reservations for the Blue River Bistro every trip before we even set foot in Breckenridge. It never disappoints! Always excellent with a wide variety of options. You can't go wrong. My wife had the short rib, and I had the risotto with chicken. Phenomenal!
My husband made dinner reservations for my birthday. The restaurant was so busy due to winter break. Despite how busy they were we were very happy with our experience. The staff gave me a birthday card and birthday toast. We enjoyed our dinner and the excellent service.
