Really good CO wines! Tasting was a good mix of reds and whites. 3 stars because the menu is misleading about the 2 bottles of wine and waived tasting fee.
Responding to the comment from the owner: we were told we had to buy two tastings.
2/5 stars because the wine is great, but the service is poor at best. We live in Breckenridge, and work in Breckenridge and typically drop in after work or on a small date night (been here 5 times to date trying to give them multiple chances). Not once has the service been excellent, or even good. Each time we’ve left feeling ignored and under-appreciated as a patron. This is a shame because of the wine quality and the food. We wait to be served and wait for our check while we repeatedly see staff laughing and doting on very specific tables.
Carboy in Breckenridge was the perfect place for our micro-wedding reception. The food was AMAZING - our entire group couldn't stop talking about how good the food was.
And Cindy was so helpful with the planning process leading up to our event. I definitely recommend checking this place out or reaching out for larger parties.
Always receive great service and the spicy goat tacos are amazing! Love the wine too!
Lovely wine stop, some local to Colorado wines, but out of the one I really wanted to try, unfortunately. Most wines are Californian, but have a good regional selection including Santa Ynez which I love as one of my personal favorite wine regions. My server is the only one for the Carboy side and she is busting her butt to keep up with this crowd, they're quite busy this Saturday afternoon. Would recommend a stop in, definitely a place to stop and relax. Not particularly child friendly which is a wonderful bonus for the rest of us.
We used this location as a venue for our social hour/dinner while in Breck for a leadership retreat. Highly recommend. Cindy was amazing to work with to create the perfect menu and ambience. There was plenty of space for 22 of us to mingle and eat. The service from Cindy and the staff was delightful. The wine and drink variety satisfied even the high end members of our group. The charcuterie boards are the best I’ve had. I’m still thinking of them along with the lamb lollipops and main chicken. Everyone is still talking about the chicken from the event menu. I’m glad I took the leftovers!!
Attached pictures are food items from their Event menu.
Be sure to use this location for your next gathering. You won’t be disappointed.
Met Cindy at the Telluride wine fest and will definitely be visiting the Breckenridge location, fell in love with their wines, 100% recommend their wine club. #grandvalleyalltheway
Enjoyed our stop at Carboy! The Library wine flight was fantastic. We also really enjoyed the burrata! Great place with very nice wines and creative food and fantastic service.
We hopped in for a glass of wine and snacks before wandering town more. Their wine was great tasting. The fries and gnocchi were definitely something i I would buy again!
I'm eating my way through the menu, selection by selection, so far everything is a HIT!!

Food is out of this world. -1 star for wine though, because I’m a spoiled Californian.
Best frose in Summit County! Cindy is absolutely wonderful and the sashimi and the fig bruschetta are delicious!
Good wine and good and creative dishes.
Cindy!!
Cindy is THE BEST. We had the time of our lives. Me and my friend yapped at the bar for a few hours and tried both of the delicious (and perfectly priced) wine tasting menus. Amazing fries too. Coming back tomorrow!
