Cindy is THE BEST. We had the time of our lives. Me and my friend yapped at the bar for a few hours and tried both of the delicious (and perfectly priced) wine tasting menus. Amazing fries too. Coming back tomorrow!

One of the best new wineries in Colorado. They have some fantastic options with both Colorado-grown grapes, as well as those from Napa. The Vin 48 is one of my personal favorites.They also have a great food menu (get the truffle fries, you won’t be sad) and the staff here are awesome.

We had a two hour private event for 30 people at the Gold Pan Saloon. Cindy attended to every dining room detail while Nick at the bar kept everyone's glass filled. Everything about the evening exceeded our expectations AND at a better price than other venues.
We had our rehearsal dinner at Carbon/ Gold Pan in August and it far exceeded our expectations. We wanted a casual, delicious and super local spot to celebrate with our family before our big day and Carboy delivered! Cindy was great to work with on our private event, the food was yummy, the service was excellent and they have a great PA system for speeches to boot! I highly recommend Carboy/ Gold Pan for your private event!!

We planned our welcome reception here the night before our wedding for 150 (ish) people. The place couldn't be more perfect and Cindy was absolutely amazing in organizing every last detail. We put in our initial menu and she made sure that there was plenty of food for all guests. The Breckenridge location adds a little culture to Main St. Not only do we love Carboy as the winery/restaurant, but would recommend anyone to use this space/establishment for events. Thank you Cindy!

Relaxing spot- the beer menu is limited- got some IPAs and ambers- no dark beers or reds. Lunch menu is limited and for no busier than they were a bit of extra on the service would have been appreciated
