We walked right by and decided to turn back to see if they had Vegan ice cream. They did and much more. The vegan pumpkin chai ice cream is worth a special trip. Fantastic. Also choices for vegan (and Gluten Fee) baked treats.

I was happy to see a pan based selection on their menu! I had the vegan rainbow lake bagel sandwich and my husband had the vegan boreas. They were both delicious. We also both had lattes with oat milk.
I went in the morning looking for some coffee and a quick bite before we hit the road back into Denver. I was looking forward to coming, as I had been before and was impressed by the bakery. Although the pastries looked good, I was underwhelmed with the service. The cashier (Steph, I think?) seemed like she did not want to be there at all.
