Best chocolate croissant ever. Their snickers specialty latte is amazing! Everyone was so nice. The atmosphere had a cozy and calming aesthetic. Recommend anyone to visit!

I was scared to go because of all the recent bad reviews but I decided to try it for myself and I loved it! The service was great, the lady was kind. I got a small chai latte then got another one because I just had to it was soooo good!!! Perfect thing for a snow day. I also had the salmon bagel and it was also so delicious. Very small space inside but my stroller fit fine and it was nice and warm. I also tried a drink they had in their fridge and it was called ZYN and it was also amazing. Thank you!! I’ll be coming back everyday I’m here.

We’ve been coming to this coffee shop for the past five years, but after our recent experience, we won’t be returning. The cashier was incredibly rude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by simply placing an order. For nearly $10 per coffee, you’d expect at least decent service. Instead, we were treated with disdain.
To make matters worse, the coffee itself was mediocre at best—not worth the price or the attitude. I hope the owner or manager sees this and takes action, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. It’s a shame to see a place we used to enjoy go downhill like this.

I watched them pull shots. They are not measuring coffee in/coffee out. They are going for speed and not quality I guess. They pulled the most watery shot I’ve ever seen in a coffee shop (17 second pull). Our Lattes tasted watery and were cold. Milk streaming was not it either 🤢 I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I came here because of the good ones so I didn’t want you too do the same!

Contacted Coffee Depot about supplying several medium and dark roast coffee boxes, sweeteners, creamers, cups, sleeves, etc. for a 60 person brunch we hosted at the venue next door, CDW Barrel Room. Nick A. was easy to work with and arranged things at the store. I stopped and pre-paid Saturday and everything was ready to go at the pre-arranged pick-up time Sunday 945AM, thank you Alex. The coffee was enjoyed by our guests over the next two hours. Would use Coffee Depot again.

the coffees we got were great! however, the person taking our order was incredibly rude. told my fiancé that he wouldn't remake the drink he ordered if my fiancé didn't like it. we paid almost $10 for our breakfast sandwich that looked to be made with craft cheese and was incredibly small. especially compared to Einstein's. probably won't come back unless i'm getting coffee

Went in on Monday morning for a coffee. The desk was unmanned, when I asked to purchase a coffee a man angrily put down his phone and came and served me. He also said something not very nice I can't repeat here in another language. Unfortunately for him I speak that language and did not appreciate the profane comment. Look, I get it, most Americans are culturally backwards but that's no everyone. I personally speak 12 languages. I also get people have a protected right to be on their phones 24/7. But please don't swear at me in any language, while you have that right. I ALSO have that right and the next time the barista here swear at me I'm going to swear back and create a big, disruptive scene as is my right
