Not worth it! Just walk a block to Trolley Crepes which is the same but reasonably priced. The crepe cart is generating at least $5.4M in annual revenue not including the mandatory 18% tip and 3% required credit card charge. No other normal business does this.

Why is it a scam? The menu next to the sidewalk has no mention of the 18% mandatory tip. It’s not until you get to the front of the line after you’ve been waiting for 10-50 minutes that the point of sale discloses there is a mandatory tip. It’s not transparent pricing, it’s a scam.

I personally asked the manager if the 18% tip was mandatory, and they said “yes, unfortunately, the owner has decided to take this direction with his business strategy.” This is a self serve stand with about 5 counter stools and plastic forks and knives, hardly worth 18% mandatory tip. Alex LaMarca (owner), no customers want a mandatory tip, but it’s a profitable short term money grab for you isn’t it.

Alex LaMarca, in 2016 you stated on a busy day, your team is making 900 crepes. You now have two crepe restaurants. 900 crepes X $15 per crepe X 200 busy days X two busy crepe restaurants = $5.4 MILLION dollars. Can’t you can afford to pay your own workers a livable wage and not force your customers to do it for you? If customers weren’t tipping because they waited too long for a crepe, maybe you should figure out the staffing.

Glad to see there was almost no line at crepe cart over Labor Day week, as this place is overhyped. It’s just a crepe. Take your business elsewhere.

If you need to increase prices, then just do it. Don’t lie to me about the real price.

The food is good, BUT it rubs me the wrong way when there is an automatic 18% gratuity added (that was not mentioned when placing my order and I noticed after I paid) when they hand me my food at the counter and I have to self-bus my food.

Note: they have it “posted” at the register (see pic), but it was not obvious, and as written above, was not mentioned to me during my order

In all my 25+ years of coming to Breck, we have always, always stopped to get crepes. All of my patronage, all the money and all of my referrals will now end. This was our last visit. The forced 18% gratuity when we have no tables to sit at, no actual person taking my order, no real interaction with anyone... no. Then to add a 3% fee for credit cards, but not charge for debit cards, yet not offer to take CASH, CASH as payment. And on top of that to ask at the kiosk when ordering for an additional tip?! You have got to be kidding! Bye Bye Crepes!

The food is just meh, but usually I wouldn’t leave a negative review just because of the food coz everyone likes different flavor. The thing that made me sick is the waitress who claimed that there is a forced 18% tips even for take out order (she didn’t mention it at all before I paid. The amount suddenly changed the moment I tapped my credit card). I wouldn’t recommend this place just for its food. If you really want to go and order a to-go, be sure to use the order machine yourself (I tried the machine while waiting and there is no overcharge for tips), avoid making orders through the front desk waitress, who will charge you 18% tips even for to-go order.

This place is the best kept secret in Breck. So much quicker and warmer than waiting across the street.

Not many know that the high street crepe stall has an eat-in (warmer) option right across the street, and it's the same company with the same menu. Despite their google business information stating they're only open until 2.30pm, they're actually open until 9pm.

Thank you Erika for saving us from the line, everything is very good and pleasant, a cozy and warm place, it's my second time and I don't regret it again.

Been here two years in a row! We had the banana foster crepe and this year tried the s’mores!! Both AMAZING!! The perfect sweet treat to end the day in Breckenridge 10/10

Crepes are a bit crispy, but good. My problem with Crepes a la Carte Kitchen begins and ends at the order counter. You are charged 3% for credit card use, but can't use cash unless you have exact charge. I also didn't appreciate the forced 18% gratuity; this should be up to the dinner to decide. And for single diners just getting a crepe to go, these are inexcusable practices.

Too much upcharging. Automatic 18% gratuity, 2% resort fee, if charging an additional 3%? You are charged .50 if you want your order to go. WTF? I will never pay those fees no matter how good the food. This place was better years ago and we used to get crepes daily. Definitely will not patronize this place again. We paid $41.00 for two crepes!

Typical Breck fisting. Check fine print on menu - they add 20% to all orders. Try getting any crap crepe for under $20. What a joke.
