As a couple who are used to high-end dining experiences, I wanted to treat my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary dinner on New Year’s Eve. I booked the evening for four. We arrived early as indicated, are were left alone to wait to be seated for 20 minutes. We were escorted to the “Wine Attic “ where we were all but forgotten about. I will also say here that the floors were tremendously dirty. When we did get service, it was slow. While I had some good bites of food, my wife’s three selections were wrong. When corrected, they were cold. Having dined in some of the best restaurants in the world, we cannot recommend Ember.

The menu needs to be seriously rethought. The dishes were doing the absolute most instead of being intentional with combining flavors and textures. I enjoy creative dishes but these were a mess. It was sensory overload. All of the meat was cooked very well but all the random sides and sauces took away from the nice cuts. Further, I felt bad for the wait staff because it seemed impossible to remember the 20+ things going on in every dish that they had to explain to all the patrons. Great wine list though!

One of the best tasting fine dining experiences you can get in Breck. We did their $80 (per person) prix fix menu which our group of 3 thought was well worth the price. We each got something different and everything we chose was great from drinks, food, and desert. The menu changes but you will always find something that will taste excellent. Service was great and the atmosphere was very chill. Make sure to set a reservation!

Just wow.
Matt our server was so kind and on top of all of our menu items and drinks.
The food combinations were so unique and delicious. We met the owner/chef Scottie, and he has such an amazing artistic spirit that comes out in the food. Just a super rad guy.

Ember was so AMAZING I had to come back another night. This restaurant is a true dining experience, the service provided by Chase was phenomenal. He was so knowledgeable on all the menu items and able to help with my questions. The food is extremely flavorful and each dish is a true work of art. My favorite appetizer was the scallops, perfectly prepared. Although the soup is magnificent also. Moving on to the main course, I enjoyed 3 different entrees and if I had to choose a favorite I would go with the boar chop. The cod and beef dishes were also creative and delicious. We finished with the chocolate pudding dessert and key lime dessert, both super, but would probably get the chocolate pudding again if I went. We dined outside and at the bar. It has such a fun atmosphere. I absolutely love the dinning area, it is fancy, unique and eclectic. I can't wait to visit again. I promise you will enjoy your dinning experience here!
Great experience. I don't agree with what some people say about not getting full. Was the perfect amount for me.
holy shit this place is fantastic. Highly recommend the Buffalo rib empanadas, so much flavor. Probably the best thing that's ever hit my taste buds. And people say they don't get full here. I think it's the perfect amount of food. I didn't get desert because I'm full.. so.
Ember does an amazing job with flavors and presentation. It’s the 1st really nice restaurant I found in Breckenridge that “wowed” me with so many gluten-free options. Such a memorable experience, and the “euphoria hour” does not disappoint. We ordered a bunch of apps and feasted away- We will be regulars! The scallops were delish. The carnitas are my current fave- along with a super special gf chocolate cake dessert!
Food is close to inedible. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have in recent memory. They try to do 10 things on a plate, no cohesion, and the quality was so poor. Went with a large group and not one person liked one dish. I would never go back regardless of price point, but the price point was extra salt on the wound.
