Ember was so AMAZING I had to come back another night. This restaurant is a true dining experience, the service provided by Chase was phenomenal. holy shit this place is fantastic. Highly recommend the Buffalo rib empanadas, so much flavor. Probably the best thing that's ever hit my taste buds. And people say they don't get full here. I think it's the perfect amount of food. I didn't get desert because I'm full.. so.
Ember does an amazing job with flavors and presentation. It’s the 1st really nice restaurant I found in Breckenridge that “wowed” me with so many gluten-free options. Such a memorable experience, and the “euphoria hour” does not disappoint. We ordered a bunch of apps and feasted away- We will be regulars! The scallops were delish. The carnitas are my current fave- along with a super special gf chocolate cake dessert!
