Ordered through their website and got a confirmation email. After an hour we tried calling them to see where our order was at since we hadn't heard anything. No answer, answering machine not even setup. We tried calling a lot more up until we decided to order from somewhere else about an hour and half after we ordered. They called us an hour and 45 minutes after we ordered saying they were about to start cooking our food XD

This place is a diamond im the rough. I dont know what people were saying about service the waiter was perfectly nice and took our order correctly. Plus, the food is absolutely delicious and was family freindly too. Our family loved it and im sure yours will to.

The pizza is great! Which it's a pizza place... don't expect gourmet service, staff was friendly and nice, got are food nice and quick!

I had an EXTREMEly bad experience here. I feel bad writing this because the staff was very kind. But honestly, this restaurant was one of the dirtiest and saddest places I have been in a long time. Everything was covered in dust, the bathroom smelled rancid, the interior was outdated and falling apart. If the food was good, it would have made up for the horrifying atmosphere, but I was sadly disappointed. I am not exaggerating when I say the "personal" 8" pizzas resembled a frozen mini digiorno that you heat in a microwave. I didn't even know restaurants could order crust that small. I actually would have preferred a frozen digiorno because I'm certain it would have tasted better than what I was served.

Ordered with no broblems: large but not a huge order (5 Pizzas). I was told an hour. After 1.5 hours and started calling to check in no answer, no voicemail.

We ordered delivery and the driver showed up without any change. Apparently you need call ahead to tell the driver to bring change. Super disappointing service and very mediocre food. The driver scammed us into a $10 tip. Definitely do not recommend.

Came here to check it out since we were down this way. Place looked cool from the outside. Only one waiter and he was very abrupt and bossy to everyone that came in. We were laughing at things he said like "we have blue moon but no oranges", "don't bother reading the menu, it's easier for you if I just tell you all our beers", and "I don't want to seat you over there cause I'll have to clean it." The best was "we don't have any local beers and it's because my boss is an idiot." On top of all that, the pizza wasn't really all that good. I'd skip this place if I were you.

If I could rate this as 0 I would. Family and I came to Breck hoping for a pleasant experience both on the slopes and in town. Unfortunately, the staff here were rude and not accommodating. Seating was an issue for our group but oddly there was not even a rush or anyone else seated at the other tables. Needless to say, we left before our drinks even came out. The owner should be very upset regarding the loss of business!
The problem solving inability these employees demonstrate is mind boggling. We had family come to this restaurant and invited us to come, but they weren't able to get a table to accommodate all of us because we weren't all there yet (understandable). But when we got there, there was a table right beside theirs that would accommodate all of us so we asked if we could all move to that table. You would have thought we asked the waiter to perform a complex heart surgery with plasticware. His response was completely rude, and acted as if we were the biggest inconvenience by eating at their restaurant. He stated "we already have the tickets set up for their table and we can't split them since we already write it down", ummm what?! So we sat at separate tables but the waiter continued to make snarky comments so we left. The poor flexibility and willingness to accommodate the costumers is a terrible way to run a business. Try some hospitality.

If I could give this place a zero i would I called the guy was soo rude he said you need to find your address and put me on hold I hanged up and called again he never answered I tried 2 more times and nothing the worse place ever .

This was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had and I live in California, so that is saying something. The pizza looked worse coming out of the oven than something I could have bought frozen from a grocery store. My friend and I both got very sick after eating it, with my friend being up all night throwing up . DO NOT EAT HERE even if its quick and easy. its not worth it.

Haven't even gotten pizza yet and already won't do business with this establishment again. Made an online order and couldn't pay by credit card. Tried calling to confirm my order but no one answered. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes I had to call 5 times to get someone to answer. When they finally answered they didn't say hello or even give me a chance to speak. Immediately put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I called back and the kid on the phone proceeded to yell at me about how busy he was and then just put me back on hold. Should've read the other reviews on here before even bothering. Hopefully management reads these and deals with the kids they employ.
