If you want the best of the best authentic food, then you have found the place to go. The Wagu Steak was succulent, flavorful and required no sauce as it was cooked to perffection. The risotto paired very well with the Wagu Steak. A lamb chop from the local livestock population was added on to our dish to try. This was hands down one of the best meat entrees I have ever ate. The sauce was the perfect balance of smokyness and sweetness and the lamb was some of the tenderist meat...

I had a wonderful experience at Hearthstone Restaurant in Colorado while celebrating my fiancé’s birthday. Our server, Kyle, was exceptional from start to finish. He was very polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole evening feel special.
