We just returned home to Atlanta from a very pleasant trip to Breckinridge where we had the absolute pleasure of dining at the Hearthstone Restaurant twice. From the time we entered the wonderfully appointed building to the time we bundled up to leave, we were treated like family. It is true that the food is absolutely amazing, everything made with the freshest ingredients and with wonderous care. The thoughtful menu is expansive and includes locally sourced meats and vegetables....
Second time in 3 years and it hasn't changed a bit! The elk surpassed my expectations & I continue to drool for the next meal at Hearthstone! This is absolutely the best place to dine on Breckenridge. My husband & I had an amazing experience in 2023. During NYE 2025 weekend I felt blessed to snag a table with my parents so that they could experience Hearthstone as we did years ago and the menu has not only gotten better, but the delicate and intricate presentation...
The decor is definitely dated..wine selection was fine. service was fine.. for the prices, you'd think they'd step up the fish quality a bit. Otherwise it was a fine experience.
