We were excited to go and try out this local business but unfortunately it turned out to be our worst food service experience ever. We ordered 2 18’ inch pizzas and after 40 minutes the server comes and lets us know that it will be a few minutes and that the kitchen just got a little back logged on to go orders (eat in was pretty empty). We let him know we got a 3 hour ride back home so it’s affecting our time. 20 minutes later we still have no pizza or compensation so we go and ask for the status of the pizza and the dude responds with it’ll be about 20 minutes (they hadn’t even started) and that he can cancel the order if we need to go as we did. As the cherry on top, several parties who ordered eat in after us ended up getting their food swiftly.

It took a lot of searching throughout Summit Co to find a great pizza, and finally we found Luigi's. Finding a good crust has been the biggest challenge here but Luigi's has nailed it. The owners are super cool and friendly, it's a family-run shop. The atmosphere is casual comfortable, and welcoming. You can pop over to La Francaise bakery for a little dessert next door.

My wife and I love Luigi’s both for takeout and dining in. We have been coming to Breck for almost 30 years total between us and recently added this as a staple for one night of takeout. Also like to chill in the bar with a beer and a slice to watch a game if there’s a big one while we’re here.

Food was great, we will do take out next time to avoid the atrocious service. The service was awful, the worst we have had in years all over the country at tons of restaurants. Don't expect to get refills, silverware, condiments, or anything else you ask for. They also add gratuity, so they don't even need to work for their tips (I waited tables for years, so I tip very well--usually 30%, but also expect at least average service). Server was just plain rude when asked again and again for the same items. Food was cold by time most of us got what we needed to eat. Just skip the pain, get it to go, and enjoy your pizza at home.
Everything about this place is awesome! Pizza is 11/10 and the rest is just a plus!

The pizza was some of the best pizza I have ever eaten. The staff was overly friendly And the food was fresh. They also gave us a free round of tequila. Great customer service and I would recommend this place to anyone!!!
