I'm from Hawaii. I've eaten a lot of great sushi in my life. This place has fresh fish and creative rolls. I feel blessed to have a great sushi spot in Breck. Food is 5 stars. However, I give them a 1 star for service because someone from their establishment tried to steal $300 by charging my credit card on a day I didn't visit the restaurant. Of course, my credit card company refunded me, but something to watch out for. I deal with it by using a virtual credit...
Everything from the wantons to the rolls was incredible. The staff was kind and attentive. I’ve been coming to Breck for years but this was my first time eating here. It felt great to over hear conversations of mountain regulars returning because they love the food so much.
A Japanese gem hiding in the mountains! Amazingly fresh and meticulously prepared by Japanese sushi chefs. The best sushi I have had in the US at this price level. Menu is extensive, including sake options. Have gone back as often as I can since I discovered it.
