This is one of my favorite places in Summit County. I love their simple menu. A lot of Asian restaurants have a War and Peace size menu that has so many dishes the place doesn't do anything particularly well. By contrast, Peak of Asia has a two page menu with a variety of Pho, a few rice and noodle dishes, banh mi sandwiches, and my personal favorite is the banh xeo (Vietnamese Crepe.) It's amazing, and massive.
The drinks here are also fantastic, with some south Pacific cocktails as well as Vietnamese twists on some classics.
I think the reason it is so good is because the restaurant features a multi generational family running the place and doing the cooking. I can't say enough positive things about it.

Biggest and best bowl of Chicken Pho I have ever had!
We walked in from running around all day. We were greeted by the owner right away. We first ordered 2 tall Thai iced tea, and the Shrimp and Avocado Spring Rolls. I, for one, have never had avocado in my spring rolls! Wow! The pairing was fantastically good! We also ordered the Seafood Pho and the Shrimp Vermicelli Noodle Bowl. They had CRAB in their Seafood Pho! I have never been offered, nor had, crab in my pho, until now! The crab enhanced the soup so well, I literally picked up my bowl and slurped it all up! An overall positively unexpected experience. I would recommend anyone visiting Breckenridge to Peak of Asia.

The worst Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to. I ordered the bun mi and got food poisoning. I spent over 5k to go skying and this place ruined my time. Please don’t eat there. I still have a fever 3 days later!!!

Highly recommend the Brisket Pho, some of the best I've had. For the price you are given a large serving.
A pitcher of beer is an underrated value as well. While I wasn't aware of any drink specials the price of the pitcher was more than worth it.

The place was empty when we visited but that's because it was late season, service was a little brusque but very capable. They more than made up for that with the food quality which was absolutely excellent. My vegetarian Pho was adorned with vegetables I had never seen in a pho bowl including yellow cauliflower, purple cabbage, green onions, and snow peas. These were all expertly timed for amazing texture.
