Ok you have to try some of the incredible and interesting cocktails, bites, plates and treats from Prospector. Seasonal menu and great prices for the quality. Excellent spot and atmosphere and bar with great service and able to accommodate any allergies. You have to stop by with an easy location on main Street. Maybe just play some Rufus or Bob Moses instead of the 90's alt rock. Otherwise, a superb location to eat and drink.

Had the duck confit wrap, all I can say is GET IT. Outrageously yummy. Love the vibe and our server was fabulous. Next visit is the shrimp po’boy. But everything look so good! And it’s right next to the cookie place..how perfect is that?
The cocktails are amazing. Hannah was our server/bar tender and took the time to make small talk. Highly recommend.

Holy smokes- this is my first time here (visiting my Austin) and I was super impressed. The drinks are amazing, and the food was beyond what I expected. We had the steak tartare, lobster rolls, and the deviled eggs.
Also the bartender was so cool and super informative of places to check out while we’re here

What a great addition to the Breck food scene! With the unique menu, it is a refreshing change from the standard fare in town. The cocktails are fun and creative. The food is outstanding! I had the flat bread with goat cheese, basil, caramelized onions & prosciutto, served with a southwest salad topped with a big dollop of fresh guacamole. It was fantastic! But the real star was my husband's sticky ribs which are a bit spicy and served with kimchi and other pickled veggies. They were outrageously flavorful. He chose mac & cheese as his side and it was pure creamy deliciousness. Our charming server was helpful and efficient. We will be back!
