We live in Frisco and eat here fairly often. It’s a nice cozy second floor Italian restaurant with a traditional yet creative menu. Polite, and attentive, wait staff. Not bad for a mid to upper Italian eatery and breck.

The service was excellent, but the food fell short of expectations. The photos on their website and social media are definitely misleading.

Here’s a draft for your review:
We had high hopes for our Christmas dinner at Radicato, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. We paid $481 for two adults and one child, expecting a memorable meal. However, the food fell far short of our expectations. None of the courses were enjoyable, and to make matters worse, our child ended up vomiting all night after the meal.
Given the price, we expected great food as it’s seems in the photos in socials food looks great. Service was good thats all I have to say.

Good but not great… we ordered the brussel sprout salad and burrata to start but were brought focaccia instead of burrata, I guess because it was so loud in there the waiter mistook the order. Had no idea if the focaccia was included or not, it wasn’t clear we weren’t getting the burrata until our pasta was served. Ok whatever, honest mistake.
The pasta was ok but lukewarm. I ordered a glass of wine to go with it and took forever to come out, I felt kinda high and dry waiting for some wine to go with my dish.
Honestly it felt like all the attention was going to the other tables that did the prix fixe.

Outstanding service. Jesse was absolutely wonderful with making hit recommendations. Service had such an elegant touch, especially with the Italian-casual atmosphere. The Back to Barbados cocktail is outstanding. The Chitarra is a must-try as well. However, having been in the restaurant space, the pasta portion was sorely disappointing. Pasta has such a low overhead cost, and with the disappointing amount of lobster that was plated, it made me wonder where the dollars are going. Either way, I don’t think adding 30% more pasta will significantly deter profits.

Esoterrra salad was great. Tortellini were fair, could not tell was made fresh. Scallops with corn and gnocchi were very good but small serving, only 4 scallops . Service was great. Focaccia bread was delicious.

We have been on a 2 month road trip with Breckenridge being our final stop before making our way back home to Texas. We have been on a culinary adventure. This will be one to remember. Unbelievable on all counts. The atmosphere, service and dinner were impeccable. Michelle, our server, was professional, friendly and super knowledgeable of everything from drinks to the main course. We started with the Burrata and the Romano Beans and the Square Spaghetti. Our main course was the Filet and Diver Scallops. A James Beard restaurant that is easily well deserved. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary. What a special evening.

We had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the lengths the team at Radicato goes to make your evening special. The service was fantastic, being both attentive but not over the top, as well as being fun, engaging, and kind. The food and beverages were fantastic, paired with lovely beverages and a great atmosphere.

We were out of service but called as soon as we could to notify them that we were running late. Whoever answered the phone was super rude, said he was just going to cancel our reservation and hung up on us… we ended up going to the sister restaurant, Rootstalk, later that night, but they charged us $250 for “canceling”, just be careful :/
Excellent happy hour deal. Delicious desserts. Overall love it

Fine food highlight of our vacay!
Definitely recommend the Chef's choice, 6 course meal w/wine parings. Amazing! You do get a choice on entree.
Tight and seamless service while maintaining that casual high country vibe. This crew has it goin' on!

Happy hour was a hit!!! I mean we really just did an early dinner and tried 3 of the 4 happy hour food deals. It was so fun and so delicious. The favorite was the arancini, soooo good. The cacio e pepe was just alright, fell a little flat in my option.
