Radicato Breckenridge

One of the best meals I’ve had! We had their focaccia and peaches with prosciutto for appetizers. For dinner, we shared two pastas - sausage based and corn truffle. Very light, summery, and delicious. Service was amazing and proper for a restaurant this great. They even comped our cocktails because they came out after our appetizers. We didn't realize it took longer to get our cocktails so it was a great surprise! Will be coming back everyone I visit Breckenridge.

Foccacia melts in your mouth- doesn't even needs sides but lovely addition. Beef Carpaccio presented balanced flavors and presentation was lovely. Venezania Diver Scallops were the best served scallops I have ever eaten- cooked to perfection and polenta was well balanced with the mushroom, corn and delicate sauce. I would recommend this spot to a foodie, someone who appreciates well prepared and presented food.

Every time we come here it is incredible! We love the rotating menu and the patio seating. Service is next level and the food is to die for. We will come back to Radicato every time we come to Breckenridge.

First time here. I have to say, based on the reviews and the price point (109/pp for the tasting menu), we sort of expected more. Everything was good enough, just nothing special really. The burrata salad was my favorite. Cacio e Pepe gnocchi was rather disappointing. Tasted my friend’s scallops and they were very tasty.

Everyone in our crew noted that the portion sizes were a little small—I wouldn’t say we left hungry but definitely not full. Service was friendly but more transactional in nature.

Enjoyable evening here overall, there is a nice energy to this place.

UPDATE: The restaurant manager reached out after this review was posted to apologize and make it right. He was very gracious and our family appreciated the thoughtful response.

We made a reservation at Radicato three months in advance to celebrate our anniversary. About three weeks prior, we had to move the reservation to accommodate a family member’s cancer treatment, and the restaurant was accommodating at that time.

However, the week of the event, we received a phone call informing us that the venue would be closed that evening. While unexpected closures can happen—even on a Friday night—what stood out was how impersonal and lacking in empathy the conversation felt. We were simply offered a new date or a reservation at their sister restaurant, Rootstalk, with no gesture to acknowledge the last-minute disruption to our plans.

I followed up with a call of my own, hoping for a more thoughtful response, but it was much the same—curt and transactional.

We’ve dined at Radicato several times and have always enjoyed it, but this experience made us feel like long-time guests didn’t matter. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Izzy was our server, and she was absolutely wonderful so pleasant, kind, and thorough in explaining the menu. She made thoughtful recommendations and delivered truly great service. What really stood out to me was the teamwork among the staff everyone was helping each other, which created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. And the food? Beyond amazing! Overall, it was an excellent experience

Tom, Jeremy, Caitlyn and crew were the best hosts. They provided wonderful recommendations and a warm experience. We had a bottle of Brunello and the tasting menu. Every bite was literal perfection. We left walking on clouds.

Stumbled upon this place for happy hour. Epic!!! Had one of each bites. Gnocchi was so delicate, mortadella sandwich was fabulous. great arancini, carpaccio was spot on. Service and location were on point too.
