The reason for the 4 star rating is that there weren't enough exquisite bears. Service was quick and easy. very friendly employees. I ordered a very delicious raspberry truffle (do recommend) that made me desire moisture quite a bit. Ps: you can put stuff in the bears mouth. I think it liked the peanut brittle.

I saw a lot of 1 star reviews and felt compelled to do them a solid. I have seen most of the downgrades for service. Our service was great. A lady nanking caramel apples saw the line backing up and jumped right in to take our order and cut our apples. They were getting busy on a July 4th weekend but she figured it out. The quality of the chocolate is what we expected from the chocolate factory for years of attending. We know Breckinridge can busy and they figured it out. Thank you.

Walking through the doors, your senses will instantly be delighted with the most magnificent smells of chocolate! The hardest decision may be to chose between their beautiful varieties of specialty apples or their candies and fudge. Our group decided to split some of the apples between us and returned through the week to try more. The salted caramel apple was our favorite. I don't think you can be disappointed with anything here. Even the hot chocolate is delicious!

Already feeling glutinous from a day of extreme eating, we stopped in on our way back to our condo late in the day. Of course, when we couldn't decide on which cookies we wanted to get, we went extreme by getting the most extreme item on display, the Wookie Monster. Honestly, neither the description (see the pic), nor the pic itself, do this thing justice. It's large, and likely shouldn't be eaten in one sitting (we couldn't). Very very yummy! Going in just before closing had an added benefit...we were given a few peanut butter and chocolate chip reject cookies from a bucket off to the side. Score! Friendly service too!

Great, welcoming customer service from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out! Mountain Top Cookie Shop makes some oOoOweee-GoOoOweee, warm, delicious tasting cookies! They are running a great deal that if you buy 6 cookies you get 2 free! I recommend the chocolate chip cookie dough, this cookie is 2 chocolate chip cookies sandwiching edible chocolate chip cookie dough. Ohhhmy, sooo good! Peep my picture, they always have great selection. This cookies pairs perfectly with a nice warm cup of joe after a cold day of skiiing / snowboarding. No seats inside, but you can watch at the workers make cookies, it's a fun ambiance.

Always so so so good. A client dropped off a special treat from this cookie shop today and I knew immediately that it was from the Mountain Top Cookie Shop. They are just undercooked enough to be amazing for days to come. In person they are super fresh and make me nostalgic for the Hot Cookie stand that used to be at the bottom of Steamboat. A must try!
Fun niche stop to grab some massive cookies in Breckinridge. Came on a Friday and knew it was a place to be given the line. I'm not the biggest sweet tooth and the cookies weren't over powerfully sweet.

Stopping here while in Breck is always a just. I love their cookie dough sandwiches. They're so tasty, and they last long if you keep them in air tight containers. The staff are always super friendly. There isn't anyways to sit inside, but you can find benches nearby.

I found this place on tiktok and knew I needed to come. I'm a sweets girl and that always leads me to finding the sugar rush in town. These cookie flavors are so unique and fun! They even have cookie sandwiches with peanut butter, cookie dough, and frosting in between. The only thing is the place is a bit small so only about 5 of us could fit in there at once. But no big deal, the cookies are delightful!

Their cookies are delicious and the perfect treat after the days activities. I will say it is quite overwhelming trying to pick your cookies because they have so many. I would definitely suggest going next door to the hot chocolate place and getting a cup to go with your cookie. Yummy!!Suggestion: adding a plain chocolate chip w/pecans.
