I am extremely disappointed with the way you handled my wedding reservation. I booked weeks in advance and confirmed the reservation multiple times by phone. At no point did anyone mention the possibility of the restaurant closing for a few weeks for slow season. Just days before my wedding, I received a message saying they would be closing for four weeks. I later learned from an employee that the closure had been planned for some time, which makes this situation even more frustrating. It is incredibly unprofessional to knowingly accept a wedding reservation—such an important event—only to cancel last minute. To make matters worse, they suggested moving our reservation to a casual American bar and grill, which is completely inappropriate for a wedding celebration. This level of disregard is unacceptable. Weddings require trust and reliability, and unfortunately, this business showed neither.!!!!
If you’re thinking of dining here, know this: I witnessed our waitress throwing up in the bathroom during our meal, only for her to walk out of the stall, say nothing, and go back to serving food. When I told the manager, he admitted he “couldn’t believe it was happening” - but instead of handling it professionally, he brought me into an uncomfortable conversation with the waitress herself, who insisted she was just “washing her face.” The manager told me he "wasn’t in the business of questioning his staff" and refused to do anything about our bill. That moment alone was appalling, but unfortunately, the entire evening had already been a disaster from the start. We had a reservation for a party of 14, confirmed in advance and noted it was for my sister-in-law’s birthday. From the beginning, service was a mess. My mother-in-law’s first glass of wine was spoiled (it tasted like vinegar). We waited over an hour and a half before receiving food, and by the time dishes came out, multiple orders were wrong - including the birthday girl’s. Some people were completely done eating before others had even been served. When the acting manager, Dylan, finally came over, he claimed there had only been “one mistake.” We discreetly corrected him, explaining there had actually been three. He promised to send out desserts as an apology, but after more than 15 minutes of waiting, he brought just two small desserts for all 14 of us to share - and still no birthday dessert for my sister-in-law. We also had to ask several times just to get boxes for leftovers. As if the service wasn’t bad enough, the atmosphere was unbearable. A rehearsal dinner group next to us was extremely disruptive, to the point of harassing another table - shushing them and mocking them loudly throughout the night. The staff did nothing to intervene, leaving the entire dining room tense and uncomfortable. By the end of dinner, I was mortified. This was a special weekend for my family - I was hosting relatives for my wedding - and what should have been a celebratory meal turned into an embarrassing ordeal. When I confronted the manager about the overall experience, he offered only a small discount for the messed-up meals. Then, to top it all off, the horrifying incident with the waitress in the bathroom made me genuinely concerned for everyone’s health. This restaurant provided one of the most unprofessional, unpleasant, and downright disgusting dining experiences I have ever had. Between the spoiled wine, long delays, botched orders, dismissive management, and a waitress throwing up mid-shift while still serving food, I cannot stress enough: avoid this place at all costs.
We loved Sauce on the Maggie! The gluten-free pasta was great and the service was fantastic (thank you Laura!). The views are amazing and we enjoyed watching the ducks in the pond. Overall an awesome dinner spot.

I was there with a large party. The food was good but the pasta spoons they provided with the large bowl of salad for the table left me scratching my head. The wait staff was good but seemed overwhelmed. The food was better than average. I can't comment on price or value as I did not see the tab it was a work event

Started out on the wrong foot. First, it was basically impossible to find it from the road. Next, my menu was smeared with something greasy and my knife didn’t look clean. We were excited and looking forward to some wonderful Italian food. We were extremely disappointed! The garlic bread was tasty but burnt on the edges. Edible but unpleasant. We ordered the chicken Marsala family portion to share. The chicken was breaded nicely but the pasta was “al dente,” which to me is a fancy way to say undercooked and barely edible. The pasta was also slathered in a brown gravy sauce that came nowhere near resembling a Marsala wine sauce! I know how to make a great chicken Marsala and this failed miserably! We politely mentioned our disappointment to the server and were met with silence and a rude attitude where he came awfully close to stomping off and banging dishes. Altogether an extremely unpleasant anniversary dinner. They did comp the Marsala after my husband made an effort to track down the manager. She had very little to say other than “I wish I had known this sooner.” Seemed a little rude to us.
Great jelly beans
Great food
A very nice place right in the village. Drinks were great. Their family style menu is excellent and portions are healthy. The Spicy Sausage Rigatoni was spectacular. House chopped salad was yummy and can be easily shared by 4. The bison ravioli was A+.
The pasta was good but honestly for the money I expected the chicken to come with more than a small piece. The ceasar salad was good but very disappointing for the money spent.

We ordered two specials, halibut & mushroom ravioli. The food is wonderful.
Criminally expensive mediocre pasta. Been here three times reluctantly for large parties when family is visiting. Go to literally any other establishment in town and spend 2/3 the price for food that isn’t bland as all hell.
The ‘Italian’ equivalent of a $30 burger on the hill.
Servers are awesome, but that’s the case at just about every other place in town.
Wonderful greeting and Joey H was an amazing server. Even with a crowded Valentines Day, the drinks and food came to us in a timely manner.
We ordered the family sizes to have leftovers.
Horrible service… waited at the door for 10 minutes to be seated on an empty night, and the waitresses were not attentive. Took our menus before we ordered. Meatballs are dry, and pasta is flavorless and mushy. Do not spend your money.
If you’re looking for the best bartender in Breckenridge, look no further than Caleb. His drinks are top-notch, his service is impeccable, and he knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone at the bar.
I had the pleasure of sitting at the bar while Caleb was working, and despite being incredibly busy, he handled everything with ease and professionalism. Unfortunately, I also had to witness two of the most inconsiderate people on the planet—Matthew and Hallie—who were rude, entitled, and openly discussing how they were going to leave a bad review while Caleb was doing everything possible to serve them well. It was sad to watch, but Caleb, being the pro that he is, remained composed and continued providing excellent service.
Don’t let bitter, entitled customers sway your opinion—Caleb is the real deal. If you want a perfectly crafted drink served
