We were looking for a good seafood restaurant and ended up having thr best dining experience in Colorado here.The place was sadly really dead on a thursday night, so obviously staff/service was spot on.However, what surprised us was how fresh the oysters and tuna poke was. We initially ordered 1/2 dozen orders but had to get 6 more.We also tried the rocky mountain trout which was a delight. They were gracious enough to leave out bacon from the hash. The trout tasted amazing fresh, to the point I was wondering how do they even make it taste this good. (Ofcourse I added some extra salt on it). The hash with shrimp and the edamame paired perfectly with everything.Also tried a chocolate fudge brownie which was great.

We enjoyed our meal. I got the in-house Manhattan which was shaken. I've never had one shaken before. I prefer it stirred but still good. Next we had the shrimp wraps and Thai mussels. I especially liked the shrimp wraps as it was crisp and the flavor was on point. Next we got the wagyu burger cooked medium rare. They nailed it. Last for dessert we had the spiced apple cake.We really appreciated the professional service and clean atmosphere. I would definitely come back again.

I'm not a regular but I made here the last two years I've came to Breck. Each time the staff has prepared a phenomenal meal. We had the red trout, Lobster mac, brussel sprouts, and the kids had trout and shrimp. All of it was fantastic.

My best friend and I haven't been to Breckenridge in years, and we used every hour of the day enjoying the town again. Sunday evening came quickly and we needed some dinner. Thankfully, South Ridge welcomed us in with open arms an hour before they closed. That already made us feel at home. The service was unbelievable from Elijah, and all the staff was so kind. The food was OUTSTANDING. We had some items off the specials menu and also had the best scallops from their entrées. Highly recommend this place time and time again.

Romantic, cozy and heavenly. After visiting Breck many times this was our first time visiting South Ridge Seafood and our experience was exceptional. Every dish was phenomenal, starting with the warm seafood bruschetta- a combo of shrimp, scallops and mussels sautéed with onion and Calabrian chili oil, followed by our meal of shrimp and crab cakes and the elk special, both cooked to perfection. We finished our dining experience with the delightful warm apple cake served with vanilla ice cream. Last but certainly not least the staff pushed our experience to the next level. Be sure to enjoy South Ridge Seafood the next time you’re in Breck!
The oysters were fantastic, the salmon was phenomenal, and being served by the lovely Taylor might’ve been the best part of the whole trip.I’m definitely coming back next year when we take our annual pilgrimage to Breckenridge from Chicago.Dietary restrictions: Salmon was dairy free.
