The staff was nice and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm, I was cozy next to the fire. The coffee was good, they have free refills. I like the house š” as opposed to a building. Something I've never experienced with a Starbucks.

Friendly staff. A bit grimy at the door. We wanted a cool non caffeinated drink. The staff created a lemonade with strawberry syrup and dehydrated strawberries which was tangy and refreshing.

This is the second time I went to this location only to get the same baristas who seem to never get my order right and IGNORED me when I went back to the counter to redo my drink. We have ordered a cortado with whole milk, a pack of raw sugar and light cinnamon powder. First time we got just the espresso with nothing else in it. Today we got a regular cortado with oat milk and brown cinnamon syrup. They were laughing too much and we were interrupting them. They did not seem to want to pay attention to customers and their orders. It all seemed a joke to them, but they were at work!! It is so disrespectful for us, the customers. If I am paying for something, I am expecting it to be done right. Management get on those kids who donāt take their job seriously! Youāre loosing customers and your reputation! Worst Starbucks I have ever been to so far!! Will definitely not return! There are local coffee shops who treat you with respect and get your order right!

Horrible. Our kid was taking advantage for being young. We send our 12 year old in to get his favorite drink ice caramel macchiato as we waited in the car. It was his special treat. They made it in a hot beverage cup and it tasted horrible. We ended up stopping at another location on the way home asking for a new one. The barista was shocked how horrible the drink was made.
