One of the most beautiful locations in the city. The coffee is as good as expected. It's usually crowded, but there are plenty of seating options. The snack display is sufficient. The fireplace inside creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere.

Wanted to pop in on here and say the team today 1/1/25 this morning that were working from 9-9:30 while I was there were working their butts off! Super busy and doing the best they could to keep up with demand. I’m a manager in this town and to see an entire team working this hard on the 1st is impressive. They deserve the Recognition

I managed to find parking behind the coffee shop and paid $12 for two hours. A few minutes later, the barista came out visibly upset and told me I couldn’t park there because it caused a double line. There was nothing indicating that, so I explained that there were no signs. With a very rude attitude, she told me I had to move my car because that parking was for employees (even though there’s no sign saying that). The only sign there is a city sign indicating that parking can be paid. In the end, I decided to move my car and lose the $12 I had already paid just to avoid having to deal with her again.

Meh experience here, like everything up in the mountains, service here took forever! If you don’t mind waiting for 30 minutes for a simple coffee this is your place. Staff were friendly and overworked, the place was packed. Very loud environment, many folks complaining about missing orders of drinks. They could do better.

Don’t come here unless you want to wait for 20 minutes or more… I put an online order, my coffee came out quick but I waited over 25 minutes for a sandwich! After the 20 minutes, I asked the girl if she could check on it and she refused with an attitude and left, then dropped it off 1 minute later? lol I don’t understand why this place does mobile orders if your waiting longer then the line going out the front door… they need better staff that know what they are doing. Turn off mobile order completely. Have some better customer service or work somewhere else if you hate your job that much.

Hard to spot the shop. Only two little signs of Starbucks and the window sticker...you walk around to see it..

Starbucks is always a reliable stop. No matter where am, I know exactly what I'm getting-good coffee, consistent quality, and quick service. It's familiar, efficient, and makes for an easy go-to when just want something I knoW will hit the mark. Sometimes that predictability is exactly what you want.

The staff was nice and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm, I was cozy next to the fire. The coffee was good, they have free refills. I like the house 🏡 as opposed to a building. Something I've never experienced with a Starbucks.
