Fun to watch the ice cream be made. I did not like #1 which had gritty bits of oreo and vanilla cookie throughout and was very banana flavored. Tasted like gritty banana ice cream. I would go back but not have cookies in my ice cream. Service was great.

Stir-Pan Creamery has excellent friendly customer service, and the ice cream is so amazingly creamy I have never had anything else I could compare to it. And for how long the line was when I got there I'm glad I stayed because I was thinking on leaving and coming back some other time but I was to the line in no time at all. They actually make the ice cream there right in front of you and I don't mean mix in the ingredients like the fillings I mean they put a liquid on a cold pan and have it start to freeze and then they start mixing it up.

This is a tradition for us every time we come to Breckenridge. You pick from some certain flavors, if you make your own with set mix in options. You watch them make it on a cold pan thing. They mix it all together, lay it out into a sheet. Then they roll it into a bunch of strips making rolls. The texture of the rolls really makes it taste better than any other, don’t ask me why, but it just somehow tastes jourastically better than any other regular ice cream. I would 1000% recommend if you spend your day in Breckenridge.
