DO NOT STAY HERE! BROKE MY COMPUTER AND IGNORED ME! Thank you to the Lodge at Breckenridge, I am left with a repair of over $1,000 for my laptop due to their negligence and improper handling of my property. I stayed at this hotel from February 21-23 for a ski trip, and it was a complete nightmare. When I checked out, I left my bags with the front desk while I went into town for lunch. When I returned to pick them up, my laptop was broken—clearly dropped while in their care. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. On top of that, the rooms were outdated, the breakfast was inedible, and the staff was consistently unpleasant. After multiple calls and attempts to reach them, they never answered or followed up, and their insurance company denied my claim. They clearly don’t care about their guests or their belongings. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you value customer service and respect for your property, AVOID THIS HOTEL.
Honestly we booked this hotel and decided to eat at the restaurant after skiiing instead of eating in town because ONLINE as of 2/1/25 it still says their prime rib special is 30.95. However in the restaurant it’s $38.95. Disappointing for sure. The prime rib was not really seasoned at all either. We also had a kids burger and adult burger that were okay. I think we would have eaten in town had we known it would be so so on food.

Stayed at The Lodge and decided to try Traverse instead of driving down the mountain on a snowy night. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. One of the best meals we had in Breckenridge . The views are the best in Breckenridge 10/10. We would definitely eat dinner here again.

We came here with a family of 6 for Christmas Eve dinner to the tune of $500 - the food was not great, the selection for a "buffet" was dismal and the ambiance consisted of a conference room with 4 strands of lights and a 4 ft fake tree. We come to Breck every year and have never been as disappointed as we were with this very expensive experience.

The most beautiful views in Breckenridge. Great HH. Get the elk tacos. Great selection of craft beers. Delicious food. We love the Wednesday bacon cheeseburger and beer for $20 and the prime rib special on Sunday night is excellent and enough to split. Friendly staff @

We recently spent a few days at the Lodge at Breckinridge. We had a beautiful room with wrap around windows that had the most magnificent views we have ever had at any hotel previously. The beds were so comfortable, room was immaculate and so quiet. Our meals at their restaurant were fantastic, especially the filet in a Demi glaze sauce. The staff was so friendly, helpful and efficient. We liked it there so much that we asked to stay an additional night and canceled our previous plans. If we ever go to Breckenridge again, we definitely will book our stay at this magnificent hotel.

Great view from our table but we didn't realize the restaurant was located inside of a lodge. It was a little drab and didn't have the best ambiance other than the view out of the window. The food was good though. The restaurant itself just wasn't what we were expecting, especially when we had to give a credit card to hold the reservation.
A late review of our New Year’s Eve dinner at Traverse. We had to go through a hotel and down the stairs to come to the restaurant so it is hidden. It was dark outside but the view is amazing from the restaurant.
We had booked dinner a la carte but when we arrived they told us that they had technical issues and they only had the New Year’s Eve menu. Since we couldn’t cancel our reservation they made an exception so me and my friend could split one menu.
The food on the menu was amazing and it was worth every penny.
We had tuna and scallop ceviche, spinach and goat cheese salad, surf and turf and a crème brûlée cheesecake.
Would definitely recommend this place and also in the daylight when you can enjoy the view.

Wednesday's are Burger and Brew night, and it's a great way to experience the restaurant, atmosphere and awesome views!!! PS: Plan your visit just before Sunset and you won't be disappointed!!!
We had the prime rib and it was really good. Service was terrible. I had a reservation for our anniversary. They were able to seat us but not by a window for the gorgeous view. No one took our order or brought menus by for at least 15 minutes after being seated. They didn't even offer for us to see a menu once we said we had made the reservation for the prime rib special. We would have ordered an app and possibly a dessert.
