Twist always satisfies whether you’re interested in a Happy Hour experience or a fine dining adventure through their full menu. This is a chef owned operation that takes pride in putting forth an exciting menu with dishes that’s always hit the mark. Breckenridge is a little town that punches far above its weight in quality restaurants. Twist is a fantastic contribution to the dining scene and well worth a visit!

Didn’t get any pictures because we were too distracted by how good everything was. The soup of the day was their take on a French onion soup…..it needs to be on the menu permanently!!!! Had never tried a pork wing until now and I’m craving them. As someone who eats mussels at least 3 times a week they did not disappoint. Chef owned restaurants will always have my heart.

What a delightful team of people at Twist! They know their stuff and create beautiful meals packed with delicious spices and flavor. The trout was amazing! Thanks for making a special birthday so memorable.

The atmosphere, service and food was so good! Food was creative but without taking away from the main dish. Definitely our new favorite in Breck❤️
If you’re looking for amazing food with a personal touch, then this is your place!

Excellent dining experience last evening in the upper floor of this quaint home/restaurant. The ruby red trout and buffalo tenderloin were beyond expectations, savory, unique preparations. The wine list had a lot of our favorites and more! Octopus appetizer and the dinner rolls/honey butter were perfection. We will be back!

I must say, I never write reviews but this place is quite special. I think people are what makes a place and that is double true for Andy and Derek. Their gentleman helped each other and took care of us like pros. Both knew their menus and were able to direct us through the sea of all amazing options. We finally settled on our plates and WOWZA!!! All I can say is this deserves someone from Michelin to stop by and see what’s happening here.

The lobster bisque was perfection. Trout and mahi mahi were also really good. The place was cozy and servers were attentive. I ended up not liking my pick and the server didn’t hesitate to exchange it to something else. We liked that the upstairs area wasn’t too loud and we can talk comfortably. Highly recommended.

My friends Lucy, Ben and Emily had a wonderful time at Twist! The service was top notch - Michael brought amazing wit, Max had the steadiest of hands and Derek was an excellent photographer and host. The mahi mahi koi soi brought me back to the streets of Thailand and the Shrimp pasta radiated with flavor. Can't recommend enough!

We took our parents here for their 40th anniversary - and Derek and staff were amazing in pulling out the stops with a great seating arrangement, fulfilling our requests and treating our folks that evening! Dinner was delicious, service was great. I would wholeheartedly recommend you check them out!

I almost canceled, so happy I did not. I booked this several weeks before our trip and did not share where we were going with the family. The day before they were questioning the choice saying the menu did not look that great. Oh man.. were they wrong. This place was amazing. It was four of us. We ordered a bib ceaser and a field green to start. The twist in the ceaser had balsamic in it. Never had that in a ceaser but it was great. We had lobster rolls, muscles, the chicken, and the salmon. Everything was amazing. Highly recommended.

It’s hard to find fine, plant- based dining in Breck. Saw one tempeh dish as an entree so gave it a go. It was a big hunk of tempeh but too thick, and not marinated or seasoned except for the top sauce. A few more steps and this chef could elevate the one plant-based dish to the level of the other menu items. Wine list is good.
