We ate at the bar because they were busy. Great service! The atmosphere was so cozy and it was quiet despite being loud. We ordered the buffalo NY strip steak and the lamb chops. Both were amazing. The lamb chops were cooked amazingly and the buffalo New York strip was not gamey at all, just was really delicious! We got blackberry mocktails and the Carmel bourbon apple churro as well as the peanut butter Chocolate torte cake and everything was so good!

We’ve had a place in Silverthorne since 2016 and this was our first trip to twist. My family thought it was amazing and honestly some of the best food I’ve had in Breckenridge and I’ve ate at all the hotspots I highly recommend them. 5 stars

We had a great experience. The food was great, in fact my wife said that her fish (trout) was the best she ever had. The buffalo filet was fantastic as well. We were also lucky to have interaction with both owners, they are very involved in the nightly process. KJ

One of my favorite restaurants in Breck! I decided to go a little bit out of my comfort zone and tried the octopus and I was not disappointed. The food, atmosphere and service were all exemplary and I think I could have the truffle Mac and cheese everyday and never get tired of it!

The food was definitely not anywhere near worth the price for this. Saying this as a resident of San Francisco.
We made a 6:30 reservation, were admittedly five minutes late, but finally sat down at 6:55pm. We paid $26 for a lobster roll that has a small (4-5oz?) of lobster that left us hungry and sad at the amount of bun that came with it.
The whiskey sour wasn't worth finishing.
I'm sad that I finished the cheesecake, and I'll pay for that later...

Christmas Eve at Twist was amazing! Staff was all hands on deck making sure every patron had wonderful service. Food was top-notch with unexpected delights throughout. Truly an experience not to be missed. We'll definitely be back!
What an amazing experience from start to finish. Every dish we had was an amazing exploration of flavour profiles. The seasonal menus are truly inspirational.

We had an amazing dinner with wonderful service. The appetizer was unique and delicious. The NY strip steak was cooked perfectly and the bison short rib was juicy fall off the bone. We also got a baked Alaska for dessert and it was so yummy! We will definitely be returning!
