Honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Amazing service from Ethan and food was a delicious work of art. The whole experience was delightful! This place is chef owned and you can feel all the love they put into their food. If you’re in Breckenridge be sure to go here! You will not regret it.
We visited Twist for the first time this weekend and I now have a NEW FAVORITE restaurant in Breckenridge. I'm gluten free and always on the look out for safe places to eat! Our server was knowledgeable and directed me in placing my order. I got the mussels (without the bread), the almond crusted trout (also tried my husband's short ribs) and everything was outstanding. My husband (not celiac) got the lobster rolls and raved about them! We ordered a hotty toddy from the bar and it was the BEST I've ever had! To finish, we split the gluten free apple dessert and it was marvelous. We were so stuffed and loved everything we had. We rolled out of there excited to come back next weekend!

By far the best restaurant in Breck. From the food to the service no details were left unattended. The lobster rolls are a must, as well as the Elk Steak, and the wine suggested to pair was on point. Dont skip out on this wonderful restaurant if you can snag a ressie!

We really enjoyed our visit to Brekenridge and our dinner at Twist. The food was excellent. Our waiter was great. The atmosphere is casual yet upscale. There were 4 of us and we all oved our meals. I would highly recommend this restaurant . You probably need a reservation, so plan accordingly.
Great food, service and drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff.Menu had great variety with several great beef, elk and buffalo steak options.The charcuterie board is pretty unique in terms of flavours - we really liked it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening with friends from initial greeting by host Derrick, funny and efficient waiter, Charlie, drink purveyor Sarah to food presented by the Chef! The Mahi Mahi and Buffalo tenderloin were outstanding. I recommend the caesar salad for a creative twist on a classic. From waitstaff, chef & owners the team works together to provide a delicious, friendly and very enjoyable evening out. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Wow! Make at least one meal at Twist a must for your trip to Breckenridge, Colorado. Our table ordered a bit of everything from lamb, short ribs, shrimp, steak, to tempeh. Everyone throughly enjoyed what they ordered and we are still talking about it days later. The service is impeccable. They start off asking about any dietary restrictions and allergies to make sure everyone is taken care of properly. This is a great place for a mixed group of people with different dietary needs. I personally opted for the Smoked Korean Tempeh and it was like putting flavor bombs in my mouth with every bite. Might be one of the best vegan dishes I ever had, so I would definitely recommend this place for vegans and vegetarians. The drinks were absolutely spot on. The Oak Smoked Old Fashion is snoke table side, I did opt for them to smoke the next one at the bar as the table was pretty full with food by then, but the show of the first one was appreciated. They have an excellent wine selection as well. I would recommend making reservations early, as the only one I could get the week before were early or late. We opted for a 4:30pm reservation and I have to say it workef out great. With drinks, appetizers, main course, and desert we were there two and a half hours, so left just after 7:00pm and was able to enjoy our night afterwards. Overall the excellent food, service, and atmosphere makes for one of the best restaurants in Breckenridge, Colorado.Dietary restrictions: They start off asking about any dietary restrictions and allergies to make sure everyone is taken care of properly. This is a great place for a mixed group of people with different dietary needs.
