Pros - great atmosphere.
Cons - coffee was not good, and my mug was dirty.
Do not recommend.
This used to be the best coffee in Breckenridge, but I don't think Gravity Hays knows how to actually run it as the sole owners. I was in Breck for a conference and was excited to get some of my favorite coffee, only to be met with inept baristas that over the course of a few days got my order wrong and repeatedly pulled espresso shots so sour that my cortado tasted like the milk had spoiled. The beans on sale were two months past roast, which would be fine at a grocery store, but isn't what you expect from a boutique roaster charging over $20 per bag. I guess the passion of this place left when the Glendale location closed.

We've been the biggest fans of Unravel Coffee since they opened up their first shop in Denver. Since they've expanded to the ski towns (and closed their Denver location) however, the quality has gone way down hill. It probably varies based on who is working that day and their skills as a barista, but three days in a row we came and were disappointed in the taste of the coffee drinks we each got. The staff could have been friendlier too. The atmosphere is the best thing this location has going for it. Really sad it's not what we fondly remember.

I was excited to try this place due to the reviews, and I will say the staff are very customer service friendly. However. The wait was quite long even though the line was not. I ordered a chai latte and it has a savory spice flavor similar to oregano that turned my stomach and immediately found it's self in the garbage. The breakfast burrito was also quite bland considering everything they put in it.

I had the special maple coffee in the eco friendly cups! It was delicious and the coffee shop itself was nice and cozy!

Ordered coffee and egg Benedict’s and avocado toast at the Breckenridge location. Only one other person in coffee house sitting at bar. Four people behind counter and only one person taking orders and serving. I asked if it was OK to eat breakfast food at the coffee house and she said yes. Food came out in cardboard boxes even thought I said I was eating there. Service for coffee was slow, I waited over 10 minutes for coffee refill because young lady was too busy filing the straws behind counter and the young man was making coffee and both refused to look up. Two adult men talking behind counter but never acknowledge there were customers!!
Chef made great food but card board box was not appropriate had to rip sides off the boxes.
Service/customer service was the worst!
Slow. 15 minutes for a black cup of coffee. 6 employees working in a Saturday morning but only 1 is taking orders and making coffee.
