It was dead in the restaurant, and not only did it take twenty minutes for me to get seated, but it also took twenty minutes to get my beverage. This was from a server who I had problems with in the past. The sauce for my meal looked sus (neither was it enough), and the fries were slightly rough. In a nutshell, they’re short staffed, and the same server was irresponsible for the third time (no joke). Don’t bother me coming back. I’m just done

It's just not good. Service is slow. Food is not very good. They advertise their drinks which at us are at a great price, but that's because there's really not much to them. It was my first time back to an Applebee's in over 20 years, not much has changed which is not a good thing. Sorry to say this.

I’ve been going to this Applebees for 15 years as it’s located less than 2 minutes from my house. Always been treated well enough, even watching some move from waiting tables to management. The last few times I’ve been annoyed as the bartender seems to be a lot snarkier than usual. I don’t know why. I don’t cause problems and try to tip fairly all the time. Last night, however, this clown goes overboard. He starts making comments about my race and when I asked for my check, he said, “You’re gonna be all upset when you find out we don’t take food stamps”. Whoa, buddy. I asked to speak to his manager. When the manager came out, the bartender truly spreads his wings. He repeated verbatim to his manager what he’d said to me. Manager looked stunned but stood looking on versus taking action. Called the main office number to voice my concerns and still haven’t hear back. If that the classless behavior allowed at Applebee’s their already slumped sales just slumped a bit more.

Unfortunately, I don't think I've ever had a great experience with any Applebee's I've gone to before and this one isn't any better. Went in during dinner the place was decently busy, multiple people at the bar, many tables filled. There were multiple wait staff, except the one for our table, was also the waiter for the rest of the tables, as well as the bar! I blame the manager for the poor service today as they shouldn't have put him on most of the tables plus the bar. He forgot to put our order in so we were waiting almost 45 minutes for just our appetizer of chips and queso. The food we got was mid, ordered the all you can eat ribs and chicken tenders, the ribs had so much grissel on them only half of it could be eaten. Took our waiter a while to come and fill up our drinks. Mind you, all of this is happening while the other wait staff is practically standing around chatting with one another, and our waiter is running around with his head cut-off trying to tend to multiple tables and a number of seats at the bar! The management needs to do better for their staff! Don't go here unless you want to wait 45 minutes for anything.

Food was great serving sizes you can probably share a meal with someone and both be full. Cocktails came out quick and we're delicious. Business seemed kinda slow but made service good. Only issue was the first set of fries we got were cold but server was willing to get us new fries but seemed like the kitchen staff took their time because it took about 7 minutes even though the restaurant was slow. Otherwise great experience good location if you live near 120th.

I waited 40 minutes from when we ordered a kids meal and an appetizer before we’d decided to just leave because we still hadn’t gotten it. There was hardly any communication and when I said we were leaving she didn’t even offer to grab the manager. We were able to drive over to another apple bees. Sit, order and eat in less time.

Food was not good, steak was cooked too much on the outside and cold inside. Was super chewy and just not good. Mashed potatoes and green beans were cold. First time I had a bad experience at an Applebees. This was a new location that we had never eaten at. We won't be back. Although the manager made it right by refunding my meal amd was very nice about the situation it's not worth having a terrible meal again.
