The $18 Bourbon Chicken & Shrimp was tasty and came with mashed potatoes, but it got a bit soggy by the time I got home and feels slightly pricey.
Overall, solid meal and 5 stars for the combo deal!

My riblets were cold but the fries were hot as hell. So I said something about my riblets. They took them back too heat them back up again. Which took forever. By the time I got my food back. My fries were cold my brother and he's gf always had to wait for refills. My brother asked for mustard for he's hamburger that took awhile. He almost finished his dinner by the time he got the mustard. Not sure if I'll be going back to that location.

The maintenance of the parking lot at this Applebee’s is in really sad shape.
The lot is so badly potholed it will damage your tires. This is a specially noticeable with the nice new Starbucks that went in next-door.
The manager of Starbucks told me that they actually tried to get Applebee’s to take care of their parking lot before the new Starbucks opened. Apparently they never got a response. This speaks volumes about what kind of company runs this Applebee’s and the lack of pride they take in the community.
The response I got from the business is pretty embarrassing and out of touch. No I do not want to speak to a manager about my experience. I have been very clear about my experience right here in my public comment. I would like management to repair the parking lot and I should not need to have a personal conversation with the manager for them to take pride in their own property.

This place is fantastic, picked up food to go recently. First of all, our food was delicious, but what really made this experience worthwhile was the service and customer care. When we received our food, one thing was missing. The manager tried to contact us after we left, but our phone number was not on the order. Upon realizing the error at home, we called back, and the manager apologized and took it upon herself to do anything to make things right including remaking the food and some dessert. We couldn't ask for anything more. Mistakes happen, but how they handled the situation was phenomenal.

I couldn’t give any details about the food because we never received it. We sat there for about 1.5 hours in total and didn’t receive any food. I have never felt this ridiculously hungry over food they lost, which is probably server error. Most of the time it is. We went across the street and already were being treated so much better. This was horrible.

This Apple Bees is a joke. Server Cam didn’t accept my ID even though it was a legitimate Colorado ID when I wanted to order a drink. Honestly a waste of time. Don’t come here.

My husband and I decided try a different Applebee's last night. We wanted to see how this location would be and if this would be our new go to spot. The fries we ordered before we order our meals were served on a tiny plate, when other locations and our usual go to serve it on a large plate. We like to order our fries fresh with no salt. The fries tasted like they were doubled fried to remove the salt and they were luke warm; they were cold after 2 minutes of receiving them. Other guests that came in after us received their food before we did. We waited 35 minutes to receive our food. Appetizers do not take 35 minutes to cook. We mentioned to each other that our food was most likely sitting in the window, we were correct. My husband's quesadillas and wonton tacos were luke warm. The bourbon street burger I ordered was also luke warm and I ordered the waffle fries. For an extra charge of waffle fries, you'd expect a good size portion. My plate looked pathetic, only 6 waffle fries were on my plate and to top it off they were cold. After our experience here food wise, we will be going to a different location.
