Walked out.....Will never darken the door at this place again. Last time we had to listen to staff cuss and make fun of customers. This time we went in at 7:30 and was told we HAD to sit at the bar... they close at midnight on tuesday... shut your doors if you can't run a customer service business....#Applebee's #terrible #growup

Applebee's is ok for a family dinner. Service is bare minimum. Food is ok, nothing too special about it. Ok for a basic dinner or lunch.

Open late and the service is quick. I left my phone there and they made sure it was in a safe place. I came back and they immediately returned it. Food could be a little better but what do you expect it's Applebee'

If I could give zero stars i would, avoid this applebee's at all costs! There are other applebee's locations that are by far way better! Service was absolutely horrible, food had to be sent back due to not being cooked right and then had to wait for another 40 minutes for our food to be brought back to us and too top it off the server nor manager bothered to come and see if everything was good. They avoided us completely til it was time for them to get paid! All the manager cared about was standing around talking to the employees and laughing with them when she should have been checking on her guests! I have been a waitress before and trust me I WOULD NEVER treat my guests the way this place does!!

Come here if you want bad service, bad food, and bad drinks!!!! The restaurant was not even half full and took forever to get anything. Complain to the manager and she said I only have two waiters on duty. What do you want? I told her a good eating experience. She then told me I could leave so we did. Complained with two corporate and got an email two days later stating we will look into it and haven't heard back from them over 3 weeks later. Let's just say I will never be eating at any Applebee's again and neither should you

Terrible experience. Went there for the all you can eat wings. Servings of wings took 30 minutes to be brought out. The waiter was awful. He sold us happy hour drinks and charged full price. He constantly forgot what was ordered and checking out took 15minutes per card. It was clear he was stoned.
