Went here to order a couple things on the app and went to the drive-thru. Went back to work to eat it. Wasn’t too impressed…the tomatoes on the sandwich were literally yellow with a hint of orange, no red tomatoes! Also ordered a medium curly fry and unfortunately received a small. First time at this Arby’s and it might be my last! I was too far away to drive back to have it corrected but I encourage anyone who orders in the drive-thru on app or speaker to check your food before you drive off!

I’m just going to post a picture of the sandwich I got. It’s newish at least some Philly cheesesteak thing maybe. I don’t remember what it was. But the picture on the menu was just a little different than the sandwich I got. Also slow, slow, slow.

I ordered a number 13. The menu board outside said that that was a corn beef Reuben. She gave me a smoked brisket sandwich. Of course I’m gonna eat the brisket sandwich because it’s brisket. But I called to let them know that they made a mistake, The lady was short rude and cut me off twice within the conversation. I guess next time I don’t order my number I order my name because these people can’t count. It’s very disappointing to get a smoked brisket sandwich when you want corned beef, and sauerkraut. And the lady did not have to be as rude as she was. And boy howdy do I hate being cut off midsentence, especially by a service worker. This place is bullshit.

Is is usually my place to go for a roast beef but today at noon the service was bad. I was next in line inside and when it was my turn the guy behind the counter walked away and it looked like he was trying to find something else to do. So walked out and went to the one on 92nd and Sheridan. Much better service 👌

I live nearby so I visit this location a lot. They always get our order correct, and it's hot. The female with the beautiful nails is always friendly and upbeat.

One of the cleanest, aesthetically pleasing fast food restaurants I’ve seen. Service is great, food is hot and quick. This place knocks out any of the other Arby’s easily. I’ve actually stopped going to a lot of Arby’s because of the poor service or bad food. This location renewed my interest in the Arby’s brand. Stop in you’ll remember what Arby’s used to taste like!
