After using the drive through this afternoon, my card showed the classic fraud signs of skimming. Only location visited in a week where I did not actively input my card, Occam’s Razor suggests cautioning future visitors in case it happens to them.

I don’t eat at Arby’s frequently but enough to be familiar with them. Always enjoy the corned beef, Reuben, and the Greek gyros. This particular Arby’s served me up the best corned beef Ruben I’ve had an Arby’s, at least in my memory. The cashier was welcoming and friendly.
A crusty cranky old man managing suspect in attitude high schoolers. Hamburger came out a runny mess. One way to tell mismanagement is how the bathrooms are kept and this bathroom had feces all over the toilet in the stall, if that was from an employee I can only imagine and have nightmares of wether they washed their hands let alone whether the feces were smeared on their clothes...Not to mention the F bombs coming from the kitchen while customers are dining in the dining area...left here feeling like I was caught up in a revenge plot that I did nothing to deserve...

I ordered from your app. Every Sandwich that we ordered the Buns were so hard we couldn't even eat the sandwiches. There was no Arby's sauce in our bag when we asked for it.

Ordered dinner from here tonight and it was horrible. I will never be back. The guy in the drive thru didn't know how to take an order so we went inside. All the employees were standing around listening to music on a cell phone. The "Manager"Abby is rude and condescending. I just paid over $50 for my order to be wrong w a side of attitude from Abby and crew. Don't waste your money here. The food was cold and we did not get what we ordered.If I could give this place ZERO stars , I would. Abby has no business working in customer service. She was rude to other customers in the store also.

I ordered and asked for 2 Arby’s sauces. While pulling out I saw that she gave me 2 bbq sauces. No big deal, I just pulled back through to get the right ones. I tried handing back the bbq sauce. She refused to take them saying they can’t take things back. I asked her to throw them away please. She said no. I sat them on the window and she threw them on the ground. Unbelievable! I also said please and thank you and she was completely rude when I ordered. I get that working at Arby’s probably sucks, but you don’t have to be rude to the customers. Receipt says her name was Tomas
