Rude Cashier :( I was shocked how cold he was. Some locations do better. This one was crowded (was always a great family visit for us to go get a snack here on each of our mall visits since I was a little girl with my mother, though this location had terrible CS! Shocking to encounter. Maybe it was another bad day for them?)

Tried to use a reward I had on the app and the person working was extremely rude. Did not try to explain why he wouldn't accept the reward.

My entire month is ruined. I came just there to get a pretzel and then the pretzel tasted horrible. The service was horrible and they ended up shorting me almost a dollar and change would I believe to be on purpose. I would like a $15-$25 gift card Otherwise I’m going to tell everyone I know how much I hate this pretzel shop and possibly file a lawsuit for my dollar.

I was so excited when I passed by Auntie Anne's Pretzels. But it looked closed or under construction. The menu tv's were not on and there were 2 people walking around behind the counter. I told my kid let's give them some time to open. Maybe they are just running late.

We went back 30 minutes later and there was now 4 people behind the counter. Still didn't look open. So, I thought maybe they are in training. Still no menus, no one is ordering, and they all looked a little lost.

We decided to do some more shopping and finally got pretty hungry. We were going to do pizza. But passing by noticed some others ordering. So we went to the counter. They only had pretzel bites and still no menu.

We were met with not so friendly staff. It seemed like they were inconvenience by people giving them business. Plus rudeness when I was paying and would only let you get what they already had made. Only giving 2 stars because it tasted good.

I was there in Saturday, it is now Thursday and just can't get passed how disappointed I was.

They never turn DoorDash on

Went in to get pretzel about 3:15pm…myself and other people were turned away for 15 minutes even though there were pretzels available in the case. Waited the 15 minutes and came back to order a Sweet Almond pretzel to only be told they do not have any, which I was aware of and willing to wait for some to be prepped, but was informed they would not make any.

The item wasn’t marked off on the menu and it didn’t seem like they didn’t have the ingredients. Simply that they refused to make them. They only offered plain pretzels; you want a pizza pretzel? Nope. Sweet Almond? Also nope.

Don’t bother coming to this Auntie Anne’s location. You will be disappointed.

Leo is great! Very friendly and focused on great customer service.

The attention to serving fresh pretzels is not a priority for either of these stores at Flatirons Mall. Numerous times I have ordered cinnamon pretzel nuggets and I get old and stale nuggets. Very disappointed to say the least.

Pretzels taste so good the lady gave us really good pretzels definitely would recommend mini dogs those are my favorite 😁

Cold, stale, and dry is how I would describe the pretzels served at this place. If you’re craving a pretzel, trust me, it’s worth skipping over and going somewhere else. Not to mention I wasn’t even given my receipt so I had no way to return them!
