Azafran might be the best Indian in Colorado. Get the Butter Chicken. The spicy scale is 1-5 not, 1-10 don't choose 5 thinking it is half spicy.

This restaurant is amazing - they have a dedicated vegan menu and host a monthly vegan brunch buffet. On top of that, their wine list is top notch, and they constantly have wine pairing dinners which always include a vegan option.

This place is now my favorite Indian restaurant. Bar none. They have a separate vegan menu which was amazing. Food was absolutely divine. We ate all vegan and you could never tell that they didn't use any dairy in it. Absolutely incredible and I can't recommend this place enough. Looking forward to coming here again super soon.

I cant believe i dont have a review on here for Azafran, but may I did when it was called Azitra? Ask for the Vegan menu. Full list of choices including a Gardien and a Jackfruit item. Upscale with extensive wine menu. They are hosting a monthly all Vegan lunch buffet. I'll post pic of the flier. Best to make a reservation.

I absolutely adore the fact that they have a specific vegan menu. Gone is the need for playing Where's Waldo in search of a vegan dish or one that is easily veganized. No need to play the server lottery in the off-odds hope that you'll get someone who even understands the difference between vegetarian and vegan.
