This used to be one of our favorite spots to grab a burger and beer. However, the last few times we've been in, the service and food quality has definitely slipped. It is disappointing. Hopefully things get turned around, but it will be a while before we give it another shot.
My sister and I come here every once in a while and the food is good…BUT, the service is terrible. We always get takeout and I get a caesar salad with grilled chicken. The first time the dressing was so salty i couldn’t eat it, i got a refund and they were apologetic. The second time they forgot my dressing which was extremely annoying. This time, today 3-1-2024 they forgot the dressing again, went back and got another one and they didn’t even give me caesar dressing, it taste like a ranch dressing with some kind of bbq seasoning. My point is, it’s so hard to be a returning customer when they consistently mess up and disregard double checking their takeout orders. This isn’t the first time they have forgotten our side sauces as well. I hate to write this but it’s kinda getting ridiculous how many times this has happened.

Really good burger place. We drove over an hour to the mall for errands that were ultimately a dead end, but the place was comfy and the food was so good that the trip didn’t feel like a loss. Chris was super helpful and kind.Dietary restrictions: Good options for keto/low glycemic (lettuce wraps, salad, broccoli as a side) and gluten free buns ($2 extra).

I tried Bad Daddy's last night for the first time, and it was really good! I'd recommend this spot if you're craving American Classics - burgers, chicken tenders, fries, tater tots, shakes, and more. I ordered a Create Your Own Salad and was very surprised at the large list of veggies to choose from! Seriously, this place has healthy options - even vegetarian and vegan burgers. The ability to customize burgers and salads gives the spot five stars for me! I ordered a small salad with chicken tenders and a whole variety of toppings. It was really satisfying - the chicken tenders were juicy and perfect. If you're like me the ranch can make or break a place and I'm happy to say that the ranch here is top-notch! We got chili cheese tots to share and the tots were crispy and hot. My partner got a burger, and it was delicious! There are drink specials, most nights of the week, and the bar has beer, wine, and liquor - as well as boozy shakes. Gluten free and dairy free options are available! I will be back.
