Just a horrible, understaffed and over-crowded and over-priced experience. We were finally seated 1 full hour after our reservation time. The table area was freezing cold and we waited another half hour to see our waitress. Our 19 year old cook with 3 months experience put pounds of butter on everything but the ice cream. We departed over 3 hours after our reservation time swearing not to return. This place used to be fun and delicious. No more! Now it's overpriced, overcrowded, and downright greedy.

Went for a quick dinner on a weekday. We were ushered into the bar/lounge area and seated immediately with no wait time. Our server, Chris G, did a fantastic job from the moment we sat down. He was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. He took the time to explain several dishes, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Chris checked on us at just the right times, kept our drinks filled, and ensured our food arrived quickly and exactly as ordered. His professionalism and friendly personality really elevated the entire experience — you can tell he takes pride in what he does. Overall, Chris G went above and beyond, and the food was amazing as well. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends and will absolutely be back again. Great job all around!

Always feel the prices are high for what you get. Dead fish laying at the bottom of the aquarium . One of the urinals looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks.

The food was mediocre (steaks overcooked and bland) and this place has gotten very expensive. One cocktail was $17.50. Chef was pretty entertaining but it's not worth the money any more.

Been to the Broomfield location before and noise was so bad, you could not hold a normal conversation. Site has been remodeled, and the noise level was fine.

They ran about an hour late for reservations. Was good once seated. They were largely unapologetic for the delay. Recommend they take fewer reservations if unable to accommodate.

Reservation was 5:30 didn't get a table until 6:35, didn't have a chef come to start cooking until 7:45. Restaurant was dirty will never go back.

Went here for lunch and had Aldo as my server and Josh as my chef and they were both great!! My family and I loved them and will be back! 10/10

I have been there a few times and always enjoyed the entertainment. This visit the guy was not engaging much forgot to do things like the shrimp in the mouth or even the hat. Forgot the train and had to come back and it was so small. To pieces of onion and it didn't look good. Made the food even more over priced. The salmon was so small for the price, it was a joke and we decided we won't be back.

Sushi only. The spicy tuna was tasteless and not spicy (at all). Sashimi combo was served without the steamed rice as indicated in the menu. 2 Salmon nigiri sushi orders served as four pieces of stale salmon on a plate with nothing else. The sushi bar used to be above average. Spoke with manager and we got a discount.

The chef did not do any entertaining displays which we would typically see when dining at Benihana. He seemed bored and was a downer to my son's special day. He put way too much butter on everything. We won't be dining at this location.
