Our son absolutely loves coming to Benihanas - but this has been one of our most memorable visits yet. Thank you Michelle for giving our son such a great experience and a job 😉 he will be in at 10:15! Would recommend 100 times over - great food, phenomenal service. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I went to this restaurant. We had a great time, food was great! The chef was great! Would have earned 5 stars had the waitress at the end as I was paying said “we aim for 20%”. Caught me off guard, I typically tip 25% or more anyway, should have tipped 0 after that comment. Really bothered me.

We hade to wait more than normal. WE Actually wanted to leave..No waitress after being seated..An we had a reservation. BUT ben the cook saved the day.! Because if him we are an will come back

Awful experience, I ordered food to go. I waited 30 minutes past the time I was given to pick up. It was a Wednesday, so not very busy. The food was cold and honestly gross. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend

Went here for a birthday party and the staff was completely rude and judgmental. The old bald guy stood over us the whole time while we ate we had the staff giving dirty looks the whole time we couldn’t even enjoy our food. We came with our kids and they were mad about food on the ground. Made us wait in the waiting room for over 15 minutes with reservations. The staff is so horrible and rude and it u have kids do not come here because they will just stand over you the whole time making you uncomfortable.

Cool was a Lil slow so each item did come out separately including each vegetable so nothing could be at together about 15-20min apart but was delicious

They're using egg substitute now. Ew. It's also not very clean. The managers are there, but just standing around.
the wait staff was not organized and confused and had tables all over the restaurant seemed like she was new. didnt know what a calamari steak was jeez I have ordered that as an add on for the 20 plus years that we have been going to Benihana's. The restaurant was really busy, and she seemed overwelled ... the chef (brandon) was great even he was new, and they didn't prep his cart fully but he made due and joked about it ... hard to get service in a timely manner

Waitress was the worse I've ever encountered. All she continued to say is no and I can't. On the flip side the cook Mike was amazing and was also confused that the waitress couldn't accommodate and he actually assisted and turned the food experience around.

Experience was amazing!! Our chef Jordan was absolutely fantastic!! Very entertaining!! Our waitress Dana was a star! Very attentive and great customer service skills!! 5 stars all the way around!!!

Wrong drink, no spoon with ice cream, did not check on us for long periods of time and after waiting for 20 minutes for hill I had to get up and flag the manager and then waiter gave me the wrong bill. He could have done much better at his job. Maybe it was an off night.
