The atmosphere and food are amazing. Our chef was Randell and I can't remember our waiters name but they were both great. A lot of fun and made my daughter's birthday great.

I have been there a few times and always enjoyed the entertainment. This visit the guy was not engaging much forgot to do things like the shrimp in the mouth or even the hat. Forgot the train and had to come back and it was so small. To pieces of onion and it didn't look good. Made the food even more over priced. The salmon was so small for the price, it was a joke and we decided we won't be back.

Sushi only. The spicy tuna was tasteless and not spicy (at all). Sashimi combo was served without the steamed rice as indicated in the menu. 2 Salmon nigiri sushi orders served as four pieces of stale salmon on a plate with nothing else. The sushi bar used to be above average. Spoke with manager and we got a discount.

The chef did not do any entertaining displays which we would typically see when dining at Benihana. He seemed bored and was a downer to my son's special day. He put way too much butter on everything. We won't be dining at this location.

Broomfield, CO We had a reservation at Benihana in Broomfield, Colorado for eight people 10/03/25, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The restaurant was severely understaffed, and everything felt disorganized and chaotic. At one point, we overheard our cook say to another employee, “ I’m still signed in as a cook prep.” That explained a lot — he clearly wasn’t an experienced hibachi chef, just filling in because they were short-staffed. The food showed it: the meat pieces were huge and unevenly cooked, the shrimp felt undercooked, and the soup and salad were served at the same time. It took forever to get our drinks, and overall the service was careless. My husband ended up getting very sick after dinner and couldn’t even make it home comfortably. We spent nearly $500 on what turned out to be a terrible experience. The chef’s uniform was dirty and unpresentable, and the whole operation looked poorly managed. This location needs serious improvement in staffing, training, and cleanliness. Absolutely unacceptable

Our young kids LOVE the hibachi here. The show is always so fun and the staff does a great job of making our family feel special on any given day regardless of occasion. The food never disappoints and the seasonal cocktails are spot on this Fall with fantastic pumpkin options. We will be back!

Went for a team dinner and had a great time, with delicious food and a hilarious teppanyaki chef. The team ordered a good variety and everyone enjoyed their food. A couple highlights were the combos and the diablo sauce which was a hit for those that like it spicy. We had the sorbet for dessert and overall there weren't any complaints. The only comment someone made is that the fish tanks up front weren't as vibrant a lively as they used to be.

Brian was very welcoming right when we entered and was able to seat us before our reservation started. Amazing food, attentive and fast service..would recommend going! Felicity was also very welcoming and super sweet to us throughout the time there!
