I came in with my daughters beginning of August at 9:20. We had two meals and a side of fries for $57. After the girl told me the price, she said just to let you know we close in 35 minutes. I asked if they had pickles and onions as a side, she said no. We ate our meal and cleaned the table, threw away leftover food and took our number and sauce tray to the bar. So she had to do nothing. Your employees need a little customer service. Don’t tell your customer when you close like they need to hurry the meal. I could understand if it’s 10 minutes till closing then saying something. Also what bbq restaurant doesn’t serve pickles, onions, jalapeños as a side? I emailed this location directly to let them know. They said they wanted to make things right and asked for my address, I’ve seen nothing from Brothers BBQ since.

Been a repeat customer, several times a year . Ordered the Rib and Meat Special. Food was cold and got about half of what I usually get. Not sure if I got pork ribs or a small woodland creatures ribs, very small. First time I have ever been disappointed here.

I recently used the catering option with Brother's BBQ. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The order was on time, driver was courteous, and set everything up for me and my family. Food was great (loved, loved, the hot links) and even my brother-in-law ( who is a BBQ snob) enjoyed it. The only reason I gave the atmosphere 3 stars was because it was at my home :-)

The picture of this place is nothing like what it actually looks like. We didn't eat there because we felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood and we weren't sure about the quality of the food since they were being misleading about the building.

Staff were friendly and service was excellent. Food is always good here. The place was clean and lit well. I enjoyed my Father’s Day meal here.
I want to give Matt five stars for reaching out and taking care of an Uber eats issue third-party ordering services sometimes introduced challenges. Kudos to the customer service Matt continue on making good food.

Bbq is good. Yall need to do a better job getting BBQ sauce in with the Togo orders though. I would say most, if not every time, I order thru Uber eats I don't get any or enough sauce. Bbq food is terribly dry and not great unless you have bbq sauce to go with it... there is almost no point on putting the order together if your not going to put sauce with it... I have called the store before to complain about not getting sauce with my order. Just keeps happening. Guess I leave it here now too as my order was delivered today again with out ANY bbq sauce. I don't even want to eat a plain pulled pork sandwhich with no sauce. I'll have to find a different bbq place to order from

Yum!!! I had the pulled pork sandwich- delicious!! I recommend! Fast service, but didn’t take away from the quality of the food. Workers were very kind and helpful. What more could you want? I would return here

So I’ve never been here and decided to try it out. I ordered brisket and sausage. The “brisket came out and was shredded, I tried it and it was pulled pork. I let them know and they simply said: “yeah our brisket and pulled pork look the same.”
