I had very good experience and the food was yummy. From the very first bite, this dessert captivates the senses with its harmonious blend of sweetness and texture.

Gave this place 2 chances.
1st time I ordered the Bananas Foster Crepes in which they loaded it with so much cinnamon, it was completely inedible.

I just went back and got a traditional crepe with butter, raspberry jam and lemon.
This guy used garlic butter.
Imagine that for flavor on what's suppose to be a sweet crepe.

Wont be coming back

We went here and had the strawberry 🍓 shortcake crepe and the chevir raspberry crepe it was such a great taste the combination paired so good the presentation was beautiful

A few week before we travel to Boulder to try holy crepes and let’s just say I won’t go back but I will be going back to cafe crepe

I had a terrible experience at this crepe place. The guy who served me, who had curly hair, eyeglasses, and a headset, was incredibly rude. He didn’t even acknowledge me when I arrived, and I had to keep saying “hello” just to place my order. He barely moved from his chair at the register and seemed like he couldn’t be bothered to stand up. I was told I had to “come around” and “pay here” in such a lazy tone, making it obvious he hated his job.

To make matters worse, he was making my crepe with only one glove on and didn’t even bother to wash his hands after touching his phone and the register. It was unsanitary and unprofessional. When I asked him to add Nutella, he acted annoyed, and even after I told him I’d pay the extra charge, he responded with such a bad attitude.

Then, when it came to giving me my change, he handed me 25 cents instead of 50, and when I pointed it out, he got mad and couldn’t find the extra change. I told him to keep the remaining quarter, but as I turned to leave, I heard him muttering loudly about the .25 cents I gave him. It was incredibly disrespectful and uncalled for.

Overall, the service was awful, the staff was rude, and the place was dirty. I won’t be returning, and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone. This place deserves no stars at all.

This is such a cute place in the mall! The atmosphere is so calming and the food is pretty good. There was no wait when I went and there’s some tables to sit at.

Fantastic Café Crêpe Experience!

I had an amazing experience at Café Crêpe in FlatIron Crossing Mall, Broomfield, CO! The service was absolutely top-notch—friendly, fast, and attentive. The staff made sure everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Best crepe in town. The staff are nice and super friendly and the customer service was great, despite them being busy.

I came specific to eat at 10 am when the mall opened , I had to wait like 20 minutes for them to open, ( and like 20 more minutes for her to make my food ) they were out of bacon so I couldn’t get the crepe I wanted (she forgot my raspberry jam ) and the floor in sitting area dirty, I’m leaving now and instead of cleaning the bistro seating area she’s on the phone , wouldn’t recommend

Disappointed with the Service
I recently visited Café Crêpe and had a terrible experience. The staff member with glasses and long hair was completely inattentive and seemed more interested in his phone than the customers. He didn’t even bother to acknowledge us, let alone provide proper service. It’s clear he doesn’t care about the restaurant or its customers. If this is the standard of service, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

So in multiple occasions they were not open as advertised. Twice we stopped by after a class my daughter was taking in the area to get a crepe at my daughter’s request and both times they closed early and were cleaning up. I asked why and the answer was so they could clean up to go home. Apparently management needs to remind the employees that the store should be open as the hours show or change the damn hours. We even came 15 minutes earlier than the previous time hopefully make it before “clean up” and still did not receive service. Closing more than 30 minutes before your sign shows is unacceptable. Needless to say both times I left with a tearful daughter who now never wants to go back. Who can blame her. If you guys don’t want business then shut down and let another business take your place.

Delicious!! They have their own little atmosphere.
EDIT: I took two stars off because management doesn't seem to care about this place. I went twice in a row, and they weren't open either time. Also, one time (I have been many, so this is more of an outlier), they didn't put all the ingredients in; they left out the cream, and if they were out, they should have told me before I paid. Management needs to edit their hours on Google if they are going to close down. Monday, they were supposed to be open until 8; we were there at 5, and they were already closed. On Tuesday, I went around noon and stayed until 3ish; there was nobody there the whole time. I know because I kept walking by to try and get one. Pretty ticked off.

Person working made wrong order and didn't offer to rectify their mistake. Paid $20 for crepes we didn't order. We were the only people there also. I ordered the correct order for a second time and was only offered a 10% discount for their mistake. Manager appeared to be right there and didn't seem to care.
