Disappointed with the Service I recently visited Café Crêpe and had a terrible experience. The staff member with glasses and long hair was completely inattentive and seemed more interested in his phone than the customers. He didn’t even bother to acknowledge us, let alone provide proper service. It’s clear he doesn’t care about the restaurant or its customers. If this is the standard of service, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

So in multiple occasions they were not open as advertised. Twice we stopped by after a class my daughter was taking in the area to get a crepe at my daughter’s request and both times they closed early and were cleaning up. I asked why and the answer was so they could clean up to go home. Apparently management needs to remind the employees that the store should be open as the hours show or change the damn hours. We even came 15 minutes earlier than the previous time hopefully make it before “clean up” and still did not receive service. Closing more than 30 minutes before your sign shows is unacceptable. Needless to say both times I left with a tearful daughter who now never wants to go back. Who can blame her. If you guys don’t want business then shut down and let another business take your place.

Delicious!! They have their own little atmosphere. EDIT: I took two stars off because management doesn't seem to care about this place. I went twice in a row, and they weren't open either time. Also, one time (I have been many, so this is more of an outlier), they didn't put all the ingredients in; they left out the cream, and if they were out, they should have told me before I paid. Management needs to edit their hours on Google if they are going to close down. Monday, they were supposed to be open until 8; we were there at 5, and they were already closed. On Tuesday, I went around noon and stayed until 3ish; there was nobody there the whole time. I know because I kept walking by to try and get one. Pretty ticked off.

Person working made wrong order and didn't offer to rectify their mistake. Paid $20 for crepes we didn't order. We were the only people there also. I ordered the correct order for a second time and was only offered a 10% discount for their mistake. Manager appeared to be right there and didn't seem to care.

To start this review I want to say that every employee I have ever interacted with has been fantastic, every crepe has been delicious, and management is a colossal failure on all counts.
The posted hours are NEVER accurate, I am writing this review as it is closed at 5pm on a Monday as there is no one working this location, but they should be open until 8.
This has been a chronic problem and I cannot suggest this crepe place until MANAGEMENT, not the employees, but MANAGEMENT improves.

An Aspie’s Perspective
To say that this place not only doesn’t deliver but makes your blood boil is an understatement. The employees here are under the impression of this being a favor, not a service! They don’t even acknowledge you or LOOK UP . They are rude, and think that somehow being kind is a privilege. Don’t spend your money here!

If I could give this place zero stars I certainly would. It’s unfortunate but the young people in this place are oblivious to courtesy. I seriously don’t like to complain but this place was even awkward. The guy at the counter preparing crepes didn’t even look up for 5 minutes even though we were standing right in front of him. We said hi and he still didn’t respond, lost in his world with headphones on. The lady behind him didn’t acknowledge us either despite no one waiting in front of us or behind for that matter. When we said hi she just responded either “how can I help you?” With an attitude. Entitlement on steroids! Will not give my money to this place ever again.
