To say that this place not only doesn’t deliver but makes your blood boil is an understatement. The employees here are under the impression of this being a favor, not a service! They don’t even acknowledge you or LOOK UP . They are rude, and think that somehow being kind is a privilege. Don’t spend your money here!

If I could give this place zero stars I certainly would. It’s unfortunate but the young people in this place are oblivious to courtesy. I seriously don’t like to complain but this place was even awkward. The guy at the counter preparing crepes didn’t even look up for 5 minutes even though we were standing right in front of him. We said hi and he still didn’t respond, lost in his world with headphones on. The lady behind him didn’t acknowledge us either despite no one waiting in front of us or behind for that matter. When we said hi she just responded either “how can I help you?” With an attitude. Entitlement on steroids! Will not give my money to this place ever again.

Went to Flat Irons ONLY for a crepe at 6:30 pm on a Saturday when the hours say they close at 8:00 PM. Stood at the counter, with no closed sign, for 5 minutes before the woman looked up from her phone sitting down, and said they were no longer serving. I’m pregnant and wanted to cry. This place sucks.

This awesome place has an amazing attendant named Dawn. She was incredibly awesome with her hand hygiene, changed her gloves and washed hands as needed to not cross contaminate. She appears young and made an exemplary crepe for my family, while running the entire food station by herself without help. Whoever management is needs to give this lady recognition and a raise. The food was great also. Highly recommend.

Very rude employee, she forgot to add Chantilly, creme inside so I asked her . She literally argued with me and I pulled apart the crepe to show her how dry and empty the Inside was. She then walked over to my table with a squeeze bottle of Chantilly. I was so embarrassed, this could've easily been resolved. Rather I threw it away and requested refund. Train these young people, especially the young lady who works Sunday's.

Absolutely love the ambiance and love the menu and food even better!! You can watch them. Make the crepe right in front of you as well. Everyone that works at the mall says it's the best too. I'm addicted now.

I had Florentine crepes and sparkling water. I waited for about 2 min. The bench was dirty with crumbs. I decided to get some napkins and wiped it. Other than that, the crepe was good, the service was fast and the staff was friendly.

Was feeling a little hungry and decided to wonder to the food court at Flatirons. Came upon this place and the menu looked good. It also looked very light. Ordered the cafe crepe and it was absolutely delicious. I love the lightness of the crepe. This is the way to go if you're looking for something not too heavy. Thanks for the delicious crepe.
