Wonderful, friendly server. Spaghetti was more like cheap hard noodles and watery sauce sadly. Salad was wilted beyond recognition and bread was dry. Sad because I recall being in this chain a decade ago and this was no where near that experience

Tonight we went to Carrabba’s for our anniversary dinner. We have been there dozens of times before, but tonight I decided to write a review because our server., Aliea the food and the atmosphere was outstanding! We have not had a server this funny or attentive or caring as much as we encountered tonight. And no, I’m not her mom! Our food was fabulous, and I had gluten-free which was so good! highly recommend!

Decided to leave when we were walked back to our table. We walked through a very dirty dinning room to a table wiped down. The problem was there was wrappers on the floor and the booth benches were covered in crumbs and messy. I can only imagine the kitchen if they let the dinning room be such a disaster. Upon walking out staff is sitting at the front on there phone while the glass doors are filthy. Overall very dirty will not return.

Absolutely Trash, disgusting, incorrect food served with no response from management. AVOID AT all costs!

My daughter and I went to Carrabba's in Westminster in hopes of finding a decent restaurant for a Carrabba's gift card. You tried the Carrabba's in Aurora but upon arrival the atmosphere and the odor were offensive and so we left. We came on the 4th of July and expected to have more of a crowd but there were only a few patrons there. We had the arancini and Parmesan Rosemary fries that were delicious. We also had pasta with salad. See the heart in the lettuce :).The idea of having bread dipped in olive oil was great but the bread was dry . The waiter was very attentive and the food was tasty. We had planned to get dessert but we were too full. We plan to go back again for an appetizer and dessert. Part of the atmosphere was nice like the brick wall but there was a wall that was chipped and had spill marks which I'm sure the waiter who was arranging the table saw but did not clean up.

My husband & I ate at Carrabba's on Thursday evening, 2/6/25 with friends and had the wonderful experience of having Benjamin as our waiter! Benjamin is attentive, considerate, personable, funny and an all around great example of what parents hope that their kids to turn out to be like. We enjoyed our evening so much more than we would have otherwise because of our conversations with him. Going to Carrabba's over the weekend? Be sure to ask for Benjamin! Our group ordered several appetizers & wine, loved everything.

I just moved here from Florida and decided on a “treat yo’ self” night out at Carrabba’s, and it was perfect! The atmosphere was soft and warm, and you could tell Ada, the manager, and her team truly enjoy being there. My server (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name!) was so nice, attentive, and had a great recommendation for me.

The food was delicious, served quickly, and didn’t lack quality at all. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this spot to friends looking for great Italian food and a welcoming experience!

To the owner the email you left is not even valid, and I highly doubt I will be refunded even for the one entree that had no sauce and was dumped all over the bag.
I would not recommend using DoorDash here or at any Carrabba’s. This is the second time we have ordered and had major issues. The food came completely mishandled and destroyed and I can’t get a refund from DoorDash apparently despite we spent over 100 dollars. The food was in the bag and soaking through the bag snd it was obvious that was the case, so it looks like someone just ignored it because they didn’t want to get in trouble. I am just telling people this to warn them. The food was likely eaten or touched as well. I also made the mistake to tip well so again not a recommended place to get food for delivery. And no this wasn’t a packaging issue from carrabas, however we received no silverware, no napkins, and it looks like the food was dumped upside down possibly on purpose. There was also not any sauce at all so the raviolis tasted like something frozen out of a box.. I also don’t think it’s appropriate that there is no refund for such a thing or even a credit to my account.
