Went to get food and they are closed before they are supposed to be I asked to order an the guy at the front said no an I asked why he said boss said no an I asked the boss you don’t want to make money an he said no. Please chose another place if your at the mall an teach them moneys good

I ordered a plain bacon cheesesteak and fries. Emphasis on the plain.

I was rushed through my order and the sandwich was fully loaded with everything on top. I asked for them to just remake a plain one and they refused and insisted on just taking the meat off the original and placing it on a new bun. I pointed out all the mayo, lettuce and tomato still all over the meat and they still refused on remaking it.

I left with just my fries. I’ll give two stars because at least the fries were hot.

There really needs to be some higher standards of English competency for this position. I got the wrong order twice and just gave up due to communication difficulties with people who do not speak enough English at the register. There were pickles and tomatoes when they were requested to be removed, and we didn't get the size or fries we wanted and asked for. Until the standards for English are raised, I will not be going here again, too much of a headache.

It’s mall food so you can’t expect much. But they completely forgot about my order and gave me cold fries. They didn’t say sorry, didn’t offer anything for waiting over 20min. Won’t ever go back again.

Ordered online for curbside, checked in and no one showed up. I called to ask about my food, no one answered and their voice message box was full. I went inside and they were closed (lights off and no one around). This was obviously within business hours too, very frustrating. Now I have to dispute the charge.

I was horrified when I only want to grab two large sandwich then the cashier was looking for the receipt after I told them I purchased two large sandwich, she asked me “where is the receipt” she didn’t give me any receipt, I logged into my account right away and showed her that i paid for it already and it’s deducted from my account. She still insisted where is my receipt. Then I asked for someone’s help who speaks Spanish to translate what I want her to understand, and she still keep saying where is my receipt. This is beyond rude and such embarrassment for me. Please kindly hire employees who can at least understand universal language. I can’t believe how your employees treated me today. It is really embarrassing and I’m literally almost cry.
