I got a sandwich with mold on it
During my recent visit to Chick-fil-A, I had the pleasure of being helped by a team member named JT, and the experience was genuinely exceptional. From the moment I walked in, JT greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude that immediately stood out. He was attentive, courteous, and incredibly efficient in taking my order, making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. It’s rare to come across someone who balances speed and friendliness so effortlessly, but JT made it look easy.
What really impressed me was JT’s attention to detail and genuine care for each customer. He didn’t just go through the motions—he made sure I felt seen and appreciated, and even checked in to see if everything was satisfactory after I received my meal. In a fast-paced environment like Chick-fil-A, that kind of personalized service can make a huge difference, and JT delivered it with ease. People like him turn a routine stop for food into a memorable experience. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have him on their team.
Imagine being a mom of two young children and having never been to this location, my kids were excited for a “new” play place. I unload both kids out of the car only to go in and find out, THERE IS NO PLAY PLACE HERE. I had to load my kids back into the car and go to the location on Federal and 104th. I actually cried in my car because this was my last straw for the day.
Another fantastic meal at chick-fil-a! The young man taking our order was respectful and quick! Our food came out hot, fresh, and quick. Our food was delicious. I love coming to any chick-fil-a because the quality and price are perfect. I will for sure come back to this location if I am in the area!

Waited ten minutes for a drive thru order.
There was one truck infront of us and that was it. When we went in to check in our food we were told the fruit cups were just being made and is 915am…..
manager on duty clearly can’t run a staff or a business.

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. I don’t know if the franchisee has half the staff of a normal Chick-fil-A or what the problem is.

I was in line at take out and three cars passed me in the other line...can't you tell the order of the cars at this location? It never happened when I patronized Federal and 104th...
Chicken strips were overcooked and very small and the side salad had half the bowl with old leaves, transparent and just not edible....
Guess this location os waiting for a day or more off...

You have screwed up my order twice now and both times you didn’t offer compensation for your mess up and wanted me to come all the back to the store and back home to fix your mistake. The first time I had to demand for coupons from the manager for making me waste gas and time because they forgot the CHICKEN on my chicken sandwich. The second time I was sick and physically couldn’t go back to the store because I am not feeling good and you told me you’d give me a free soup for messing mine up through my app and there’s nothing there. Now I get to go bother another manager (waste more time and gas) to figure out why I never got the coupon. Stop getting orders wrong and you won’t have to give out coupons. It’s ridiculous, I’ve never seen a Chick-fil-A get this many orders wrong, if any at all. It’s starting to seem like a McDonald’s over there. Whoever is putting the food bags together, you need to be retrained or regain your focus while at work. Going to just check my food in the window from now on since even CFA can’t get the order right.
